Ellis, Nischal, Herbert and Michael were walking home and as usual
Herbert and Michael were arguing. "Shut up about my mom you fucking
ginger fatass!" Herbert was shouting at Michael.
"I'm not ginger I'm strawberry blonde!" the ginger Michael yelled back.
Ellis and Nischal just watched the argument. They liked Herbert more than
Michael so supported Herbert in the argument.
After a few minutes of this Michael shouted, "That's it! Fuck you guys,
I'm going home!" and he ran off as fast as his short legs could carry
him.
"Finally the ginger is gone," Herbert said and they continued to walk on.
Eventually Ellis spoke, "Let's go to the video game store and see if they
have anything decent for once."
The other two agreed and after five minutes of walking they came to the
store.
"What the fuck is this!" Nischal yelled as they approached the store. The
video game store was gone. In it's place was a strange looking store
store with the name "Spells R US"
The three of them entered the store to complain, all three pissed off. As
they entered they heard a bell above the door softly ring. Sitting on a
chair in the store was an old man with a long white beard wearing a
bathrobe. "Ah Ellis, Nischal and Herbert, come in," he said as they
walked in.
"How do you know our names, are you some kind of pedophile?" Herbert
asked.
The man just ignored that comment. "Ellis you want to impress a girl
called Linda," the old man said. It was true. Ellis had a crush on Linda.
She was 12, one year younger than Ellis but he didn't think such a small
age difference mattered. She was perfct with a pretty face, long blonde
hair, good body and blue eyes. Ellis was good looking as well but he had
no confidence and was bad at talking to girls. "And Herbert you are
looking for a way to stop all the arguing with Michael."
Ellis and Herbert were stunned. The old man had everything exactly right.
"I have just the thing for both of you." He pulled out a weird looking
stick and a glass full of liquid with the top sealed. "This stick will
give you complete control over Linda. Point it at her and you can make
her go out with you. This glass will stop all the arguing between you and
Michael, Herbert. Just share the drink inside it with him. These are five
dollars each," he finished.
Without thinking Ellis and Herbert pulled out five dollars each and
handed the old man the money. He then handed them the items. "What about
me, I didn't get anything," Nischal said with an annoyed tone of voice.
"I have nothing in stock useful for you at the moment," the man said.
"Son of a bitch," Nischal said under his breath. They left the store.
When they looked back the video game shop was back exactly where it used
to be and Spelle R Us was gone. The three of them just went home.
At school the next day Ellis, Nischal, Herbert and Michael were sitting
around talking. As usual Herbert and Michael were arguing when Herbert
remembered what he got yesterday. "I'm sorry Michael, do you want some of
my drink?" Herbert asked Michael holding out the glass.
Not one to turn down free refreshments Michael took the glass and began
to drink. Herbert stopped him when the glass was half empty. Herbert then
drank the rest. Almost as soon as Herbert finished they both fainted.
Ellis and Nischal dragged them to the nurse's office. Their parents were
called and they were taken home.
Later that day, after school Ellis and Nischal went to athletics an
occasion Ellis enjoyed because it was the only time he could see Linda.
Ellis made sure to bring the stick he got from the old man. "You know
that won't work" Nischal told him.
"What's the harm in trying? A stick can't have any negative consequences.
it's not like I'll faint like Herbert and Michael." They arrived at
athletics and Ellis pointed the stick at Linda. He didn't faint but he
felt different straight away. He was in the same area but what he could
see was different. He also felt much lighter and could tell by looking
around that he was shorter. He looked down and noticed something weird,
he wasn't wearing the clothes he came in. He was wearing Linda's clothes
and could see two small mounds sticking out of his chest. He then
realised what had happened. He had become Linda.
He didn't know what to do so he just pretended to be Linda until the end
of athletics. At the end he walked up to his old body and said, "Come
here."
They both walked into a bush where they couldn't be heard. "What the fuck
happened?" the old Linda asked.
"I don't know," Ellis said surprised by his new voice. "When you found
yourself like that was there a stick in your hand?" he asked.
"Yeah but I threw it away," she replied. The new Linda decided it was
best to just pretend she didn't know how the switch happened. "Now that
I'm like this my old body looks hot," the new Ellis said.
To Linda's disgust she found her old male body attractive. "If we're
stuck like this we may as well make the best of this," she said and they
both started kissing.
Meanwhile Herbert began to wake up. The last thing he remembered was
fainting. His surroundings were unfamiliar and he felt heavier. He
quickly realised something was wrong, he recognised the room as
Michael's. He rushed out to the hallway and looked into the mirror. The
face of Michael stared back. With the store and the drink gone there was
no way to change back. He later found out that Michael was so happy to
be out of his fat ginger body that all the arguing stopped. Herbert
thought that was the only good thing to come of all this.
