The Unexpected Anniversary Gift (Part 3)
Jack quietly closed the door. Ann picked up her dress and stepped into
it. She hitched it up over her corset enhanced hips and up over her
breasts. Holding the front up, she then reached around with her right
hand and zipped it up. Stepping in front of the mirror she molded her
boobs until her cleavage was just so. Then she picked up her pearl
necklace. The strand had thirteen pearls, Jack have given it to her for
their wedding day with four, representing her, him, and the kids. Every
year he added one more. She had always been touched by the
sentimentality of his gesture. It made her feel so womanly and she
basked in that glow. She added her earrings and a silver bracelet. She
spritzed Obsession into the air and walked through the cloud then dabbed
behind her ears and wrists. She gathered her wallet and phone, a
lipstick and blush into her clutch purse and gave herself one final
inspection. She loved the way she looked and confidently headed to the
door.
Meanwhile Jack went to his youngest son's room. He gently knocked.
Taking a deep breath he called softly through the door, "Alexis? It's
Dad."
"Come in."
Jack wasn't quite prepared for the sight. He saw Alexis for the first
time, and she was adorable. She was propped up on her bed, legs crossed,
reading, while dangling one shoe off her toe. She looked up at him as he
entered and he was staggered. He started to cry, and Alexis was hurt.
Jack quickly realized her fear. "Oh, no Honey," he said rushing to the
bedside, scooping the child up in his arms.
"You hate me." Alexis began to sob.
"Nothing could be further from the truth." Jack sniffed. "I'm crying,
because...because...for the first time since you were born, I saw your mother
looking at me from your face."
Alexis held her father even tighter. "You think so Daddy?" She cried
even harder for the memory of the mother she never knew.
"Yes, baby. Look at me." He brought her face up by her chin. Wiping
her tears with his hand he said, "You and you brother, got the best parts
of you mother and I." He continued to hold Alexis to him as he calmed
himself. The breaking away he said, "Listen, we will talk about this
another time. Just know, I love you and your mother loves you. We
support you, and we will help in any way we can. But you have a lot of
thinking to do, kiddo."
"OK Daddy," Alexis said.
"We'll call you down when the pizza is here. Ok honey?
"'Kay"
Jack stood up and drying his own eyes looked back at his feminized son.
"She really does look like her mother," he thought.
Jack continued down stairs to the kitchen. Tom was still playing video
games. Jack grabbed a tumbler and The Macallan and poured himself a
drink. Allowing it to open up he went to see his son. "Killing zombies
son?"
"Nazis," Tommy answered.
The doorbell rang and Jack went to answer it. The pizza boy had just
handed over the pizza when Ann stepped down the stairs. He whistled, and
Jack shot him a look that made him freeze in his tracks. But then Jack
smiled the smile of a man who knew he was going to be tapping that
tonight. Having paid the kid, Jack had the satisfaction of shutting the
door right in the punk?s face as he continued to stare at Ann. Turning,
Jack got to look up the stairs at his wife. First, her sexy foot in
incredible heels, then her nylon covered shin and calf. His eyes moved to
the skirts of her dress, up to her impossibly narrow waist, then her
breasts creating a kind of shelf away from her body. His eyes traced up
to her deep mysterious cleavage, and finally her face, that face that

hot pizza on his hand snapped him back into reality.

Jack led the way with the pizza. Ann following behind her heels clacking
on the hardwood floor. Jack had placed the pie on the island, and went
to get two plates, Ann called to Tom. The game immediately paused and
Tommy came bounding in.
Ann started, ?Tom, you are looking after your brother tonight. Now he is
going through some??
?Changes?? Jack offered. Ann shot him a look and he immediately knew
that not the word she was looking for. She motioned with her head for
Jack to go call Alexis.
?Well, he?s struggling with some feelings. Your father and I fully
support him. You will not give him any crap about it.?
?God?OK. What could possibly be wrong with him.? Tom sneered as he
pulled off a slice of pizza.
?Alexis!? Jack called from the bottom of the stairs, ?Pizza?s here come
on down.?
?Your brother is experimenting with his?gender identity,? Ann continued.
Tom stopped chewing and looked at her puzzled. ?Hizz wha?? he said with
his mouth full.
Exasperated, Ann commanded, ?Swallow please? We raised you better.?
Then continuing on she said, ?His gender identity, right now Alexis is to
be treated as your sister.? Jack came in to back up his wife.
Just then Alexis popped into the room. ?Oh! Mom, you look awesome,? she
said on entering.
?Thank you sweetheart,? Ann replied.
Tom looked at his feminized brother. True many eleven year old girls
didn?t have much more of a female body than Alex, but Tom just looked at
the pink and the purple and the glitter, and laughed out loud. ?You?ve
got to be kidding me,? Tom gasped out in laughs. Alexis was hurt, but
Ann saw she wasn?t about to cry. She?d been steeling herself all
afternoon for this. Ann was proud of her, and even more so of Jack who
leaped to his youngest?s defense.
?Tom!? yelled Jack, ?In the living room now!? Jack was literally fuming
as he grabbed Tom by the arm and marched him into the living room.
Ann fixed Alexis a glass of soda as she pulled a slice of pizza off and
put it on her plate. ?Thanks, Mom,? she said. But her eyes said so much
more. ?I love your shoes.? Alexis said by way of distracting herself
from the dressing down Tom was getting in the other room.
?Thank you, Honey,? Ann said touching Alexis? cheek. Maybe soon I?ll
teach you to walk in them.
Alexis took a bite of pizza but her eyes lit up at the thought.
Tom knew he was in trouble, but couldn?t figure out why. ?This was
nuts.? His little brother was in there looking like he ought to be at a
Hanna Montana concert. He tried to reason with his father. ?Dad, what is
this? Alex is in there dressed as a little girl, and your ok with that?
You?re ok with one of your sons looking like a sissy fa?? That was all he
got out before Jack slapped his face. ?Dad! What the hell??
?Tom, Alexis is my child, as you are. The only living things I have
left of your birth mother. When you insult Alexis, you insult me, your
birth mother and your mom.? Jack said this in a quiet measured tone that
Tom had never heard before from his father, but recognized immediately as
well restrained fury. Jack had Tom?s undivided attention.
Quietly, like he was defusing a bomb, Tom asked a question of his father,
?I don?t understand, how it is insulting to Mom??
Jack sat down, and motioned Tom to sit on the couch as well. ?When
you?re birth mother died I was devastated. I had you and a newborn to
take care of. I was struggling, in our little condo, as a single father.
When I met Ann she lived across the parking lot. I was having a tough day
you were five years old and being a pill, Alex was crying from a dirty
diaper or something, and I was struggling with groceries. I was at the
end of my rope between work, grief, and two babies being babies. I had a
meltdown getting you out of the car. Ann had just pulled into the lot
she saw us and came over to help me. She got Alex a clean diaper and you
down for a nap while I got the groceries in. We put them away together
and then had a supper she made. I was exhausted. But I was so happy to
talk to an adult. I broke down and cried. I told her everything, how out
of control I felt. She put me down for a nap too.? Jack smiled

and coming over to help around the house. I began piecing our lives back

said we should take our time. Then she told me she was afraid of rushing

I would reject her. I remember we were at a restaurant, she said that
she would tell me, then get up and use the ladies room so I could go if I

?What do you think I did?? Jack said incredulously. ?I stayed in my
seat. I was there when she came back. I married her.? Jack paused and

very angry if you give him a tough time about this.?
?OK, Dad,? Tom said, still trying to process all that had happened, but
never wanting to see his father?s anger again. ?I?m not buying it,? Tom
thought to himself. ?This is simply too weird. What the fuck??
?Tommy, Alexis is the same person that loved you yesterday. A pink t-
shirt doesn?t change that.? Jack slapped his knees and stood up. ?Now
go eat, I?m taking your mom out for some fun.?
Tommy followed him into the kitchen. He looked at his mother standing
there in her strapless dress, she looked great. His friends had called
her a MILF. He just couldn?t believe it. His brother sat on the stool
at the island his legs crossed and his flat shoe dangling off his toe.

get it.

Turning to Tom, ?Nine thirty for him..er, her,? he said pointing to
Alexis, ?Ten-thirty for you. Got it??
?Gotcha,? Tom said as he sat across the island from Alexis. She looked up
at him from her pizza. He looked at her eyes, and saw the long forgotten
memory of his mother. He softened a bit. ?I?m sorry,? he said simply.
?It?s ok. I think I would laugh, if I saw you in a dress,? Alexis
reasoned.
Tom snorted a laugh, and continued to study Alexis.
Jack walked Ann out to his car. The Cadillac CTS was a gift to himself.
Ann loved the car as well. Not only because she loved to drive as much as
he did, but she thought, ?I looked so damn sexy in it.? Jack had gotten
the manual, and then discovered that Ann not only could drive stick, but
there was something incredibly arousing about a woman driving a manual in
heels. But not tonight, no, tonight Jack knew his wife wanted to be
treated like a lady. As they walked to the car he gallantly jogged a few
steps ahead and opened the door for her. Ann slipped passed him touching
his arm saying, ?Thank you.? She smoothed her skirts about her and sat
down, then swung her legs in. Jack would never realize how this made her
day. This simple ritual, made her feel more feminine than any of her
jewels, clothing or shoes. After buckling in, she sat patiently with her
clutch on her lap, her legs crossed at her ankles. She was content.
Jack walked round front of the car and got in. Firing up the ignition,
he then leaned over the center console for a kiss, willingly given.
?Mmmm. So, where you want to go? Because I was thinking we just hit a
drive through, come back here and fuck like rabbits,? Jack teased.
?Oh no,? Ann teased back, ?you?re on the hook for more than that if you
plan on getting under these skirts.?
?Hey?? Jack playfully protested. ?I liked it, so I put a ring on it.?
Ann punched his shoulder playfully and they set off. Dinner was actually
at the French restaurant where Jack had proposed. The car pulled up and
the valet opened the door for Ann, helping her out with one hand Jack had
trotted around to accept her hand from the valet. She held his arm as
they entered the restaurant. Jack has indulged in a bottle of
Chateauneuf du Pape which they savored as they ate their escargot. Jack
gave her the new pearl for her necklace and a diamond tennis bracelet,
which she immediately put on. During the meal talk inevitably turned
back to the Children.
?How did it go with Tommy?? Ann asked.
?Well, he pissed me off. That kid can push buttons,? Jack admitted.
?But I told him everything.?
?And??
?You remember, when you told me you were going to the ladies room after
you told me your secret??
?Yes, Jack. It was here. Seeing you sitting there when I got back was
just about the most romantic thing I can imagine,? she said, dabbing a
happy tear from her eyes.
?Well, I?m glad, it worked out my love. But the truth is, I got up and
left.?
?What??
?I got up and left, and I was standing outside?just a few seconds. I
thought of Julia, and I?d sworn never to fall in love with another woman.
But I admitted had to myself that I had fallen in love with you. You had
seen me at my most vulnerable and you helped me. Then all you did was
share all of yourself with me. You?d made yourself vulnerable, telling
me this secret. You were at you most vulnerable, how could I turn my
back on you? I?d just sat back down when you saw me,? Jack confessed.
Ann reached out and held Jack?s hand. ?I love you,? she said.
?I love you too,? he replied.
?You know, Jack,? Ann said composing herself, ?technically, you haven?t
broken your promise to Julia.?
?What do you mean?? Jack said puzzled.
?You didn?t fall in love with another woman,? she grinned.
