"The last two are the leaders," the Captain told the Police Commander. The leaders were separated from the other prisoners. The Captain and his guards returned to the castle then. Lughaidh, the twins, and I proceeded to the Magistrate's office to talk with him.

The River Drowes is the actual border with County Leitrim. From there it is some twenty-two miles to Sligo Town," Lughaidh told us. "How are the roads between here and there?" I asked.
"The roads are fairly good. They mostly go along the coast and are in constant use, so are kept up regularly. There is a lot of commerce between Northern Connaught and Donegal.
