Chapter 4: I Sea You
Amanda figured that going there late evening would probably be her best bet, as there would be the least amount of visitors present. Since it was just after dinner time, the timing was about as good as it could be. She changed into her two-piece bikini, put on a pair of shorts on top, along with a tank top. Grabbing a bag for her towel, she locked her door, and put her house key in the bag, reconsidering her original plan of attaching it ‘elsewhere’.
The walk wasn’t more than 10 minutes, and as expected, the beach was nowhere as crowded as she had anticipated. If everyone was spread out evenly, there would be about 100 feet between the towels. Walking further up the beach, the density dropped further. When she had found an area that was isolated enough, Amanda set down her towel, sat down, and started to observe.
For the majority, there were a lot of people that were showing more than they should have, but that was standard no matter where you went. If she had to guess, she would have figured that roughly half had clothing and the other half was nude. Setting down her towel, Amanda removed her shorts and tank top, placing them in her tower bag. Knocking off her flip-flops, she threw them next to her bag.
Being too dark to sun tan, the only thing to do was go swimming. She had stationed herself roughly 4 large strides from the water’s edge, so she wouldn’t have had far to go. As she stood up and walked off of her towel, Amanda stopped abruptly. Feeling the warm sand in her feet, and hearing the soft sound of the gentle waves hitting the beach, it was beautiful.
Without even looking, or thinking, her hand made their way to her strings. She untied both the top and the bottom, and just let them fall…not caring where they landed. As soon as they were out of the way, she started to walk slowly towards the water, almost mesmerized by its beauty. With every step, the water crept up higher and higher on her body, until she was up to her neck. The sensation was amazing! Amanda had never skinny-dipped before, much less be nude outdoors, especially in a public place.
Time ceased to exist as she soaked in the ocean, feeling like a pet fish released from a small glass bowl. By the time she became aware of the darkness, she had no idea as to how much time had been spent. Simply floating in the water, without fighting the current, it wasn’t surprising that when she made her way back to the shore…she wasn’t at the same place as before.
Amanda started to get worried, with the falling light, the darkness had taken over, and she couldn’t see her towel anymore. To be completely honest, she didn’t even know which way she had drifted. Amanda started to walk, scanning the beach for her possessions, fearing that she may we walking the wrong way, or worse, that they had been taken. It wouldn’t have been so bad if she still had her house key with her, at least she would have been able to make her way home. Even though it would have made walking a lot more ‘difficult’. Simply thinking about it, and her predicament, automatically drove her hand towards her crotch. She didn’t quite care right now about finding her clothes right away, she had more important ‘things’ to take care of, herself.
Lying down at the edge of the water, she focused her thoughts to the scenery, the sounds, and of course, the urges that were growing inside her quickly. Every time a wave hit her feet, the sensation inside her grew in intensity. Her eyes were shut, her fantasies poured into her mind, as both hands roamed her body with aggression and intent, seeking relief. At first she was worried about being unable to find her clothes, and more importantly, her house key, now, it was the basis for why she was so horny. Until further notice, she was stranded, outside, without clothes, without identification, without anything. The more she thought about it, the more the tension built inside of her, and the louder her moans became.
As the final wave hit her feet, so did the relief she sought for so much. Bursting out of her with incredible energy, it drowned out her awareness of her surroundings, that is, other than the sounds of her climax. As she opened her eyes, her heart jumped once again. Standing barely 20 feet from her was a figure standing, facing her. As her eyes focused, the shape started to provide more details, it was male. It spoke:
Man: ‘Terribly sorry. I not mean scare you. I passing by and think I hear someone need help. I mean, someone in trouble.’
His choice of words were somewhat reassuring, but at the same time, provided a hint of humor. A few minutes ago, she could have used some ‘help’, in a matter of speaking. It didn’t help to calm her down much, out of nowhere someone had snuck up on her, when she had thought that she was alone! Looking around, she couldn’t see anyone else nearby, and was worried about any ‘ulterior’ motives he may have.
Amanda: ‘Ummm, I’m okay, sorry for the misunderstanding. I’ll be leaving now.’
Man: ‘Good night. Sorry again.’
Amanda stood up, and even though she had no idea about which direction to walk in, picked one. There was a 50/50 chance that she’d be walking in the right direction. Deciding to increase her odds of finding her things sooner, she figured to ask her ‘spectator’:
Amanda: ‘Did you happen to see a towel with a blue swimsuit, and a bag near it?’
Amanda was a bit surprised when she noticed that he had maintained eye contact with her the whole time, seeming to not notice her nude form.
Man: ‘Ja, 10 minutes walking ago.’
He pointed over his shoulder with his thumb, indicating the opposite direction that she had just planned on going in. She smiled to herself, pleased that her change of heart had paid off, asking him had saved her a lot of time and frustration.
Amanda: ‘Thank you! I got distracted, and then it got dark.’
Man: ‘Bitte. I walk you if like?’
She figured that he was probably safe, if he had wanted to do anything to her, he would have done it by now. There was also no point on trying to cover her body, he had seen just about as much as was possible anyhow.
Amanda: ‘Sure, thanks.’
They started to walk together and tell each other about themselves. His name was Fredrick, and he was a free-lance photographer for nature magazines. He was engaged, unfortunately, and to another man at that. After exchanging a few more pleasantries, Fred pointed behind her to her towel, since she had walked right past it, without noticing it. She surprised him by looking over at it, smiling, thanking him, and continuing to walk with him…leaving everything behind.
Fred: ‘Not pick up things?’
Amanda: ‘Later, I don’t feel like carrying it. I know where it is now.’
Fred: ‘You liking being nude, yes?’
Amanda: ‘Yes, a lot.’
Fred: ‘I like also. Since I young, I come here, you?’
Amanda:’Honestly, this is my first time nude outside, and my first time here.’
Fred: ‘Oh, congratulations. You like?’
Amanda: ‘Yes, a lot.’
Fred: ‘Why decide to try?’
Amanda didn’t know what to answer Fred. She could tell him it was just a spur of the moment thing, but she wouldn’t believe herself, and neither would he. She decided to tell him the truth, she started from that email she got from Jack, to where she was right now.
The whole time she explained, they continued to walk together down the beach, further and further from her swimsuit, towel, and bag. Amanda didn’t quite know how to explain it, but purposely distancing herself again from it all, was appealing somehow. She was enjoying the feeling of being temporarily ‘stranded’ somewhere, knowing that her towel bag contained her only means to getting herself out of this situation. With every step she took, she was happy to distance herself from it once again.
Fred: ‘Interesting. It is nice to see how this started for you. I am sorry to hear all the bad things th
at happen before, but I am happy that it bring you here.’
He smiled kindly to her, he hoped that he had chosen the right words, and had placed them in the right order. Too many times he had been slapped before for making such mistakes. Since Amanda had not done so yet, he figured that he had done well, especially since she had smiled.
Amanda:’I’m pretty surprised about all of this happening, I don’t feel like the same person anymore.’
Fred:’I not surprise. I think you comfortable more with body, and learn you like people looking you. Even more when nude.’
Amanda: ‘That makes a lot of sense.’
Fred: ‘Maybe your friend Amy need be thanked for all this happening.’
Amanda: ‘I suppose that’s accurate, but to actually thank her?’
Fred: ‘I not mean you go and do, more as…how say? way of speech?
Amanda: ‘Figure of speech. I know what you meant.’
Fred: ‘Ja, that. If want to thank her, you could. Nothing stop you from doing, ja?’
Amanda: ‘I haven’t talked to her since all of this happened, it would be kind of awkward. I might though.’
They continued to walk, neither saying anything for a few minutes, until Fred spoke, the hesitation in his voice more obvious than usual.
Fred: ‘It be okay, if I take pictures of you sometime?’
Amanda: ‘Really? Actually, yes, I’d like that. I would REALLY enjoy that.’
Fred: ‘Here, take card. Call when want to do. It is late, I need go home now.’
Amanda: ‘Thanks, I will. It’s been really nice meeting you Fred.’
Amanda reached around him, and gave him a hug, with a peck on the cheek. She couldn’t help but enjoy the sensation of having a full contact hug with someone, her entire nude form pressed against him. Not to mention how nice it felt to feel a man’s arms around her once again, gay or not.
She started to make her way in the opposite direction, this time actually paying attention for her clothes. For the second time, she walked right passed them without noticing them. Her intuition told her to stop and look around, and it was by pure chance that she had noticed them in the distance.
Eventually making her way to her clothes, she got dressed, somewhat reluctantly and made her way home.
