The Wearer agrees that she will make herself available to be measured for the belt and that she will, once it has been received, embark on a period of adjustment to prepare for the long term wearing of the belt. This period will be agreed between the parties but will not exceed 8 weeks and shall not form part of the formal duration period. Over the adjustment period the wearer will progressively war the belt for longer and longer periods of time until she is able to,wear the belt without any adverse effects for at least 1 week. By adverse effects this means rashes, rubbing etc.
DURATION
The wearer agrees to wear the chastity belt for 1 year from the completion of the adjustment period in accordance with the routine and associated rules set out below.
OPTION - USE OF CHASTITY BRA AND LEG LOOPS
If the Keyholder decides to procure the chastity bra and leg loop options, then these may be utilised as follows:
The bra and/or leg hoops will be worn at the discretion of the Keyholder on weekends and any holiday periods that the wearer has from her place of employment that do not fall into the description below.
Leg loops will be fitted with a connecting chain of no more than 6 inches in length.
As an alternative to the chastity bra, the Keyholder may require the Wearer to have protective disks applied to her breasts. The Keyholder would need to design the mechanism for these disks but they would be of metal or similar material approx 1-2 inches in diameter and have a central hole through which the nipple would protrude. The nipple would be pierced so that the disk is held in place. The nipple could then be covered by a cap that would fix to the disk (by glue, welding or other means) and would give the impression when wearing a T-shirt, blouse etc that the nipple was firmly erect. These disks are aimed at preventing the nipple or the most sensitive part of the breasts being stimulated for sexual enjoyment. These disks must be removeable.
PUNISHMENTS
Transgressions from the routine and rules of this contract will incur a penalty. Those penalties will be in the form of an extension to the wearing period PLUS corporal punishment and specifically the use of the cane plus other implements such as paddle, tawse etc as preferred by the Keyholder on the wearers naked arse. The Keyholder may also apply punishment to the wearers breasts or vagina. It is expected that the instrument when applied to the bottom would be applied hard (‘the best’) and to a cold bottom. Welts and bruises should be expected from punishment.
ROUTINE
The chastity belt will be worn permanently unless there are any medical reasons why this is not possible. In such circumstances no penalty will be incurred (unless the wearer attempts masturbation at any time out of the belt) and the period that the belt is not worn will be added to the end of the wearing period.
If the wearer attempts masturbation or other sexual stimulation, including sex, during a recuperation period, 2 weeks will be added to the wearing period along with 12 cane strokes for each occurrence. After 3 such occurances the penalty will double to 4 weeks and 24 strokes for the 4th occurance, and double again for every transgression thereafter. The maximum period in which the wearer may be required to wear the belt through the application of this or any other penalty is 3 years.
The Keyholder may at any time after 18 months following the start of the duration period transfer this contract to a third party if they are unable to maintain the ongoing commitment. The wearer will have no say as to whom the transfer is made but the provisions of this contract will continue to apply with any transfer.
The chastity belt will be removed weekly either under direct supervision or via a video link. At this time the wearer will be entitled to clean her vagina area and shave her pubic hair. Under no circumstances will the wearer be entitled to or should expect any sexual release. If the weekly cleaning ritual is undertaken in person, then the wearer may be restrained before release and cleaning/shaving may be carried out by the Keyholder.
Where the ritual is undertaken by video supervision, the key will be contained in an electronic lockbox that will be controlled electronically via the internet by the Keyholder. The wearer will be subject to continual video supervision. The remote use of the chastity bra and leg loops will be controlled in the same manner if used.
Any attempt to achieve stimulation, at any time, will incur the penalty of 2 weeks additional time to the contract length and a punishment of 12 of the best punishment strokes to the naked arse at the next meeting. Subsequent punishments will follow the regime set out earlier in this section.
It is expected that cleaning cycles would take place in person either at the keyholders home, the wearers flat or at an agreed place and remote access would be a fall back. At the wearers flat, the spanking implements used by the Keyholder will be hung on the wall above the wearers bed as a reminder to the wearer.
Special arrangements will be made during the wearers menstrual cycle although it is noted that the wearer does not generally produce heavy menstrual flows and it should be possible to maintain wearing of the belt subject to the removal of the secondary shield.
RULES
Throughout the wearing period the wearer will not enjoy any sexual stimulation or penetration unless initiated by the Keyholder. If stimulation, including sex is initiated by the Keyholder then no penalty will occur.
The wearer will maintain Nest type (internet) cameras in her flat. These will cover the bedroom, bathroom and living rooms and will be accessible by the Keyholder on demand. The Keyholder shall use these to ensure compliance with these rules and for supervision purposes during the cleaning cycle.
The wearer is not to make any attempt to masturbate during cleaning rituals or at any other time during the wearing period including attempts to insert a ruler under the chastity belts shield or to apply a vibrator to the shield to generate stimulation. Any evidence suggesting that such attempts have been made will incur the penalty set out above of an additional 2 weeks wear plus 12 cane strokes to the wearers naked arse for occurances 1-3 and doubling for each and every occurance thereafter. If the wearer has attempted to use a stimulation device such as a ruler or vibrator, they in addition 6 strokes of appropriate strength to her vagina using a strap, belt or tawse.
The wearer may apply for a grace period in which she is released from the belt and breast disks/bra for an agreed period of time; for example to fly or to have a holiday. This will only apply where the wearer has not incurred 3 transgressions/penalties as set out above. On such occasions the period of agreed release will be added to the wearing period and multiplied by a ratio of 3 (ie. for a 2 week holiday 6 weeks will be added to the wearing period). In addition it will also be assumed that the wearer will enjoy at least one orgasms a day over that period resulting in 6 cane strokes per day (ie. for 2 weeks the wearer will accrue 84 strokes. Strokes will be rounded upwards to the next ‘10’ figure so 84 becomes 90). Strokes accrued in this manner will be applied in batches of 25 over consecutive weekends (ie. 25 weekend 1, another 25 weekend 2, a further 25 weekend 3 and the final 15 on weekend 4). This will be additional to any other cane strokes that might be accrued over the subsequent period. The penalty multiplier will not apply in circumstances associated with a holiday period.
The chastity belt will be removed for any visits to a doctor without penalty.
DRESS
The wearer agrees that as a norm she will not wear panties whilst wearing the chastity belt. Other underwear will be limited to holdup stockings, and stockings with a suspender belt. Bras, unless the chastity bra is being worn, will be of the 1/4 cup (also known as shelf) variety (ie. those that do not cover the nipples/whole breasts).
Dresses and skirts should not exceed/extend to more than two/three inches below the lace/top section of the stockings/holdups, to be measured when standing upright and immediately following putting the stockings/holdup on. No allowance is to be made for skirts/dresses that have a rear split and which might give glimpses of the stocking tops.
The wearer may wear jeans or other slacks and accessories that assist in hiding the existence of the chastity belt.
RETENTION MATERIAL
In order to ensure the Wearers compliance with this contract, it is agreed that the Keyholder will hold a collection of ‘retention material’ with which to ensure compliance. This will comprise a video starting with the Wearer introducing herself and holding up the photograph side of her Driving Licence and/or Passport with all detail shown and reading this contract before signing it. It will also include video of the Wearer being locked into the Chastity belt (and if applicable the other option components), followed by the Wearer receiving the standard punishment of 6 of the best cane strokes, with a focus on the Wearers face when receiving each stroke and the appearance of the welts on her bum. The Keyholder may add additional material to the retention material at his discretion (eg of a sexual nature).
The video is to then be sealed in an envelope with a copy of the Wearer’s complete address book and stored safely. The envelope will be returned unopened if the Wearer completes the contract. If she fails to do so then the Keyholder is free, should he so wish, to use the material as he sees fit including the posting of the material (but with no personal information other than the wearer’s) posted on the internet unless the parties agree to a different penalty regime.
SEXUAL LIMITS
Although not referred to in this contract, the Keyholder may use the Wearer for his sexual gratification. If used in such a manner the Wearer accepts that the Keyholder may use her mouth, vagina or anus for his sexual enjoyment. Such use will reduce the duration of the wearing period by 1 day for each day the wearer is used sexually.
If the wearer is used for more extreme sexual activities such as multiple use, sex/sexual activity in front of an audience, bondage and other BDSM/SM activities, watersports (including training to drink) these will reduce the wearing period by an additional 2 days to the above. Use for K9 purposes will reduce the wearing period by 2 months (on the first occasion of use only - the wearer accepts that if she is used for this purpose then this could possibly be in front of a group of watchers and is likely to be filmed which will result in her face being seen). It should be noted that the wearer has never experienced any of these types of use.
