The mailbox opens. In it waiting is a package. Michael's hand
reaches in the mailbox, taking out the package. "Hmm." As he looks at the
package he sees that there is no return address on it. He walks back in the
house, looking the package over once again.
"Get the mail honey?" Asks his wife, Laura.
"Yep, nothing but this," he says as he tosses it to her. "I
dunno what it is."
"Hmm, well, let's find out."
Michael walks over and gets a knife. "Hmm well." He carefully
cuts it and opens it slowly. Inside are 2 packages. He pulls them out,
tossing one over to Laura.
"Hmm that's odd." In their hands they hold packages

"Well baby, ordered some hose?"

"Ya know what they say, nothing is free, Michael."
"Well they just don't give free stockings in the mail now do they?"
Laura laughs, "I guess not."
Michael takes off his pants and says, "Well baby let's try them
on."
"Hmm I dunno..."
"Why not?" he asks as he opens the packaging.
"I dunno...where did they come from?"
"I guess they are new, and they sent us a product demo or
something."
"Well we do buy a lot of hosiery don't we?"

Michael unhooks the stockings he has on from his garters, as does Laura
hers. They take off the stockings they had on and sit down on the couch
together. Michael smiles as he takes her stockings, gathering one up and
putting it on her pointed foot slowly and softly. He slides it up his wife's
leg caressingly and hooks it to her garter. He then smiles as he takes one of
his stockings and gathers it up. He puts the stocking from his package onto
her leg, fastening it to the garter as he smiles at her. She gets up,
showcasing her legs to him, the black nylon shimmering in the light.
"How do they look?"
"Mmm baby."
"Now babe, how do they feel?" She asks as she takes her other
stockings and slowly slides it up his shaven leg. She fastens it to the
garter with a kiss on his nylon thigh. As she puts the other stocking from
his package onto him she starts to feel a little strange, but disregards it.
"Mmm how are they babe?"
"Mmm, Laura. They feel unlike any other hose I've worn!"
"Mmm me too."
Suddenly without warning she falls on the ground. She watches as her
legs pull together. !!!! Michael watches in the few seconds before he does
the same. Laura watches as her feet begin to melt together, becoming toeless
forms.
"OH GOD, MICHAEL!"
"W-w-whats happening to us?!"
"AHHHH GOD!"
Their legs melt together becoming just a single appendage right
before their eyes. It moves up their bodies, covering them in nylon. Their
arms disappear into it. All they can do is watch each other. Each of them
looks like a stocking. Their screams become muffled as their faces are
covered. Their bodies shrink and flatten. All that is left of the lovers are
a pair of sheer black stockings.
A man enters and laughs, "Yes Laura, nothing is free." He walks over
and picks them up. "I see you two tried the free stockings. He wraps them
around the cardboard in the packaging. "Now you are going to spend forever
together. These stockings are new, and I guess you could call them a product
demo. You see, they are new Contura Stockings, and they are guaranteed to
last forever. They never run or snag. That's rather hard to accomplish, but I
found that if you trap a human soul in them, they will last forever. So,
alas, you two are now sheer black stockings that will never run. Welcome to
your new life together, as a pair of stockings.
With a magical gesture he re-seals them in the packaging, and
everything goes black. They can hear each others thoughts, now their souls
are bonded very close. This couple is now an even closer couple, because now
they are quite a pair...of stockings that is.
From the shelf in the store, in the package that reads: Contura
Stockings 'made to last... forever.' no one can hear the conversation of a
pair of sheer black stockings. Together forever, just waiting to be bought
and worn together.
