Jacklyn was beaming as she got dressed the next morning. "Hmmm," she
said aloud as she spun around, watching as her short green dress flowed

As Jacklyn made her way downstairs, she couldn't help but feel a little
sad. "I hated being a girl at the start," she thought as she munched on
some toast at the breakfast table. "But it really hasn't been that bad,"
she mused. She remembered her low point after the game with the Elks,
how that asshole Max had used her and left her alone. After that moment
she vowed never again, promptly dumping Max the next day.
The weeks that followed had gotten easier as she had slipped into a
predictable routine. There was school, cheerleading practice, homework,
and then the occasion girl nights on the weekends. Despite her initial
reluctance she had come to love her new friends, even the ever chatty
Monica. "How things change," she mused to herself as she thanked her mom
for the breakfast and gave her father a kiss on the cheek.
As Jacklyn began the drive to school, she couldn't help but admire her
long acrylic nails, perfectly glossed in a pink shine. "What is wrong
with me?" Jacklyn thought as her eyes begin to tear up. "Am I actually
sad about possibly changing back?"
Jacklyn pulled into the student parking lot and stopped the engine to her
car. "What do I want?" she thought deeply. "Do I really want to spend
the rest of my life as Jacklyn?"
Jacklyn thought of the future; she had excellent grades and she would
most likely get a scholarship to a good school; that was much better than
Luke's chances of getting a football scholarship. She thought of how
happy her life was now and the respect she had learned from being forced
to become anew. With a groan Jacklyn pulled herself away from her
thoughts. "I doesn't matter if I can't get that ring," she thought,
brushing away her doubts. "How can I get it?"
As Jacklyn made her way into the school, she could only think of one
possible time that Josh would remove his ring, gym class. Jacklyn knew
that Josh had gym class first thing in the morning so she made the
decision to skip her first period class. Jacklyn stood in the girl's
bathroom until the bell had rung and then gave it another five minutes,
hoping that would be enough time for the guys to get changed and outside.
Jacklyn nervously made her way to the gymnasium and quietly opened the
door to the guy's locker room, much to her relief everyone was indeed
outside already.
"I have to be quick," Jacklyn thought going from locker to locker. "He
always has that stupid red hat," she said opening and closing locker
after locker, looking for a red hat.
Josh was outside running laps when he had the strangest feeling. "What
is it?" he thought as he continued the run, his hand feeling bare without
the ring. As Josh continued the run the feeling continued to grow and
change into dread. "It can't be the ring," he said as he stopped and
hunched over. "Who knows about it?"
Josh felt the hairs on the back of his next stand up. "Jackie!" he said
in a panic. "She must have figured it out!"
Josh ignored the yells of the PE coach and made a beeline for the men's
locker room. "No...no...no..." he huffed as he came barreling in the
gymnasium. Josh threw open the doors to the men's locker room and was
horrified to see Jacklyn standing there waving at him, his ring firmly
around her finger.
Jacklyn smiled as she looked at the petrified Josh, she had enjoyed

She said slamming the doors behind him shut with the power of the ring.

"Don't bother," Jacklyn said as Josh let out a howl, his hands shooting

Josh desperately pulled down his shorts and boxers, cursing himself for
even taking the ring off. "Bitch!" he yelled as his dick slowly receded

"What's your name little girl?" Jacklyn asked
Brandy looked up at Jacklyn, her mind filling with new memories. "MY

Jacklyn nearly fell over from laughter as the little girl's mouth fell

suburban housewife now he thought with a shudder.
Brandy smiled and ran after her friends, excited about getting back to
class and completely oblivious to the prisoner deep within her mind.
Jacklyn grinned as she looked Brandy's future; she would graduate high
school, attend college for a year or two and then fall head over heels
for an older man. Jacklyn watched deep into the future as an eight month
pregnant Brandy waved goodbye to her husband; she looked happy as she
stood barefoot on the porch of their suburban home, an apron wrapped
around her waist and a smile on her face.
"It won't be so bad Josh," she thought. "You will come to love being a
woman as I have" she said aloud finally making up her mind to stay as she
was.
"And for the final thing," she mused. "This ring is far too powerful."
Jacklyn used the power of the ring and sent it back to wherever it had
come from. She was content that justice had been served and that
everything was as it should be. With that she made her out of the men's
locker room for the last time, excited about what the future held for
her.
Miles away a wizard smiled in his crystal ball. "You did well Jacklyn,"
he said locking the ring back in his vault. "You will have a wonderful
life."
