"Protection?" Hunter mumbled, staring down and into her face.
"Yes, you know, to keep women from having babies? Condoms?"
"You can't get pregnant..." he began then heard her laugh.
"Yeah, I thought that same thing before Lineal and I got married. I was already three months along when we finally spoke our vows. After that, we were very careful."
Hunter's hand slid down from her shoulder, slicking across her breasts before ending against her flat, muscled stomach. "Y-you could be carrying my baby?" The wonder in his tone make Mirage smile even though she wasn't as happy about the thought as he seemed to be.
"Do you want me to be?"
"I never thought it possible. I mean, I come from a different planet then you, I didn't think I'd be able to conceive a child on an Earth woman."
"I'm not your normal Earth woman, Hunter. Remember?"
He glanced around the cab of the SUV that had become their love nest. "When will we know?"
"A month or two," Mirage answered. "But you never gave me an answer. Do you want me to be pregnant with your child?"
Hunter was quiet for a moment, then his hand cupped her face. "I wouldn't be unhappy about it." He kissed her slowly, marveling at how she didn't pull away from him, how she kissed him back. When her tongue touched his lips he felt a groan growing in his chest that he couldn't stop from escaping. "Mira, I really care about you. You know that, don't you?"
Mira moved her hips slowly, feeling him growing hard inside of her once more. "Oh yeah, I can feel how much you care." She tugged on his hair, bringing his mouth down to hers again. "Make love to me again, Hunter. Make me feel like a woman, like your woman."
Another groan escaped him and he couldn't resist the sweetness of her plea, or the silken walls that surrounded his cock. He moved slowly against her, holding himself up with one hand while the other roamed over her body, touching her breasts, lifting one to his mouth. "Are you sure?" he asked around the nipple he held in his mouth.
"Sure that I want you," she moaned, her hips rising to meet his eager thrusts. Every stroke brought her closer to her peak and she growled her need, her legs wrapping around his hips. "Fuck me, Hunter. Fuck me hard."
The sound of his flesh slapping hers was loud in the steamy interior of the SUV. So was the sound of sex, the wet noise of his kiss, the squelching sound of her juices flooding her sex. It made Hunter groan and he threw his head back, holding his body at arm's length from her sleek, slim form. "Come for me, Mira."
"Come with me, Hunter," she moaned on a gasp. Her body was tied up with emotions, turned inside out with this man inside of her. So many thoughts ran through her head, such as what their future would hold or if they even had a future? But then his fingers slid through the damp curls at the apex of her thighs and she forgot everything but the man who's hard cock was taking her over the edge and into the steamy chasm of bliss. "Hunter!"
He heard her scream his name, felt her body tighten around him and then the first fluttering pulse of her orgasm. He didn't quit pounding into her, nor did he stop teasing her clit wanting her to feel more pleasure, to know he wasn't here just for a quick fuck. He wanted more with her, so much more, and if that included a baby, then he would do his best to impregnate her.
That thought alone was enough to send him over as well, shuddering above her as his cock jerked, spewing his hot spunk inside of her. His hand cupped her face and he bent his head, his lips easily finding hers. He kissed her tenderly, letting his emotions pour through.
"I could have gotten you pregnant then," he said softly, kissing her again.
She opened her mouth to answer when another voice interrupted her. "Hunter, base priority one."
Hunter let his head drop to hit the seat next to her shoulder. "What the fuck does he want now?" he groaned.
Mira pushed on him. "I don't know but if you don't answer, he'll send someone out searching for us."
He groaned again, but started moving. Pulling free from her, he turned, reaching between the front seats to grab the microphone. "Base priority one, go for Hunter."
Shadow's voice came through the speakers and Hunter was really glad that they hadn't updated communications in the SUVs yet. "Hunter, we've have a scenario happening here at base. I need you and Mirage here now."
"On our way, Shadow. ETA about twenty minutes." He hung up the microphone and jumped when Mira reached up and swatted him on his bare ass.
"Move it, Hunt. I'll drive until you get dressed." He stared at her as she pushed past him, already dressed, cocking an eye at him. "I don't think you want to meet Shadow in that state, do you?"
"You're just a regular comedian, aren't you?" He turned around in the seat, reaching for his tangled uniform as she turned the truck around. "I wonder what's going on now?"
"Shadow probably heard you screeching my name from base and wanted to make sure I wasn't killing you."
"Ha ha, so funny." He grabbed for the back of the seat when she spun the wheel, careening back onto the main road. "Damn girl, I forgot the entire reason that Dianna had decided that you are never to drive the truck. Do me a favor and don't kill the could be father of your child."
"Then hurry up and get dressed." She spun around a curve, hearing him swearing even as he tried to pull his uniform up his long legs. "It's one piece of material, Hunter. Quit acting like it's trying to kill you."
A few minutes later, he tapped her on the shoulder. "Get over," he said, nodding at the passenger seat. He glanced at the speedometer and cursed. "Get over now."
Mira grinned, enjoying his expression as he saw the speed she'd been driving. She slid over the console in the middle of the front seat and then watched as he slid behind the wheel. Reaching out, she smoothed down his hair and straightened his collar. "There now no one will know that you got your nookie on."
"Got my nookie on?" He cocked a dark eyebrow at her, an unwilling smile crossing his lips.
"Yeah, you know, canoodling, getting down ... sex?"
"I know what nookie means, Mira. He shook his head. "I just really worry about you some days."
"That's good, you're supposed to." She pulled her seat belt on and then let her hand run over the hair by his ear.
She heard his moan and smiled, winking when he turned to look at her. "Is that all it took?"
"All what took?" Mira asked, frowning in confusion.
"Having sex, with me, to make you so much more loving?"
"More loving?"
Hunter rubbed his head into her hand. "Well, this certainly feels more loving. You're touching me without me asking you to, Mira. You're acting like we are a couple now."
"Isn't that what you wanted?"
"Yes," he sighed even as he stressed the word. "I'm not trying to start a fight, Mira. I'm just amazed at the difference in you." He leaned over, brushing a quick kiss on her white blonde tresses.
"Maybe I feel different now. Maybe I want to thank you for reminding me how it feels to be a woman. It's been so long since any man touched me with desire."
"It's been so many years since a man touched you at all, Mirage." He seemed about to say more when he stopped, switching subjects. "Do you think this has anything to do with the slaves we found?"
"It's a priority one, Hunter. We won't have a clue what this is about until Shadow informs us. But I don't doubt it has something to do with Baer-Braxton and Taylor Braxton. Those are two of the biggest scumbags I've ever met."
"True, to use a woman like those women were used, it takes a particular brand of scumbag. It will be a relief when we finally get them put in their very own, special little room in the tombs." He hesitated a moment and then hit his turn signal before turning into the parking lot that hid ASP from prying eyes. "You will be coming home with me tonight, won't you?"
"Or you could come home with me?"
Hunter thought about it a moment as he spun the wheel hard to go down the spiral ramps. "I don't know if I'd be comfortable there, Mira. It would be like sleeping with someone else's wife in their marriage bed."
"Because of the statues of..."
"Yeah, because of those."
She sank back against her seat, watching as he hit the button that would open the big door outside of ASP so that they could pull into the parking lot. "But..."
"But?" he asked when she didn't continue.
"I loved Lineal and I have stayed faithful to him. I just don't know if I'd have stayed as faithful if I didn't have this curse standing in the way. I have feelings for you, Hunter. Strong feelings. I think that Lineal would have understood if he could have known. He wouldn't want me to be alone all these years. He wouldn't be happy with me if I stayed celibate now that I know we can touch."
"So, that means you're ready to move on?"
Nicholas pulled at the sweatpants that were all Arielle's sister, Cheridon, had that would fit him. They were a bit short and he gazed down at his bare ankles, a touch of a smile upon his lips. Arielle was safe, for now. She was with her sister and now he could leave her.
That thought wiped the smile from his lips and he was frowning down at his ankles when Arielle came into the room. "I know they are small Nicky, but they were the best she could do."
"No, they are great, really," he said, trying to smile but it was a lost cause. "It's not the pants, Arielle. You're safe now. You don't need me to rescue you or to keep you safe. You'll be safe as long as you're here. You don't need me at all." His hand lifted and he touched her hair, letting it slide through his fingers. "You are so incredibly beautiful."
Arielle tried to consider her life without Nicky and she felt a surge of panic shoot through her. Before she even thought of what she was doing, she threw herself into his arms. "No, don't leave me, Nicky. Please."
"But..." Before he could say anything more, her lips covered his and she kissed him passionately, pushing her tongue past his lips and into his mouth. She rubbed against him, letting him feel the taut tips of her breasts against his chest.
"No buts," she whispered as pulled back just a little. "Tell me you'll stay, please Nicky?"
"I want to, Arielle. But you don't even know what I am."
"Then tell me," she said as she snuggled into his shoulder, cuddling against him.
Nicky sighed. He didn't want to frighten her especially after what she'd been through the night before. But there was no way he could stay with her even for the daytime unless she knew, unless she'd come home with him. "Arielle, I'm a vampire." The words rushed from his mouth before he could stop them.
"You're a what?" she asked, staring up at him in confusion.
"I'm a blood sucker just like that brutal animal that tore at your throat earlier."
"But you haven't tried to..."
"No, Arielle. I never will. They left you in that room for me to feed off of. I don't know why they think I am so much stronger, but you were lucky they were right. I don't ever want to hurt you, Arielle. It would kill me if something bad happened to you. They did ... something to me there in that place. I don't feel quite right." His words trailed off as if he wasn't aware he was actually speaking them.
"I don't understand," Arielle said. "What did they do to you?"
"If I knew, don't you think I'd tell you?" He reached up framing her face with his hands. "I'm terrified, Arielle. I saw some of those things that had been experimented on in the lab. How can I promise not to hurt you when I don't know what they've done to me?"
Lacrima picked her way through the rubble and debris of the broken town. Barely a few months before, this had been a bustling stronghold, a last outpost of the dwindling human race. Now it lay decimated, open to the bleak skies like an eviscerated corpse. The half-elf scouted the area alone, checking for signs of life or, more importantly, signs of demonic infestation. Her sharp eyes scanned the ruins of each building intently, the deep green of her irises glittering in the fading light...
Beepbeepbeep…beepbeepbeep. Hunter opened his eyes from his doze and carefully reached up to retrieve his watch from his forehead. His heart started accelerating in anticipation. Pressing the light button on the watch, he checked the time, he had 4 minutes, forty seconds to go. The altimeter gave the altitude at 34,000 feet. Putting on the watch and slipping the GPS from its strap, Hunter verified that they were still on track. Replacing the GPS, he quickly reached in an inside pocket and...
“Go inside, do as I say, don’t make a sound, and you don’t die. Got it?” Hunter growled into her ear and Paige lifted her hands in compliance. Forcing her inside he pulled a zip tie from his pocket and zipped her hands together. Dropping her bag on the floor Hunter found her bedroom and forced her inside throwing her onto her bed. He looked at her, face down, and admired her ass in her yoga pants and he could see the outline of her underwear through it. He heard her crying into her pillow, and...
Shadow waved Hunter and Mirage toward the chairs that sat in front of his desk. Mirage sat, glancing over and meeting Hunter's eyes. He shrugged and then his gaze went to Shadow as the director of ASP sank down in the chair behind the desk. "Have either of you ever seen one of the shells acting like that?" Mirage shuddered. "No. I hate the damn things anyway." "I can understand that. I just need to know if we're going to have a problem with a new strain of Vampire poison." "Well,...
Mira followed Hunter into the ASP Building, veering off to the side of the main lobby. Down a long hallway there was three investigation room and a hallway that led to a wide set of stairs. They turned to go up the stairs, barely glancing at the other agents they passed. Down another hall were the team leaders and Shadow's office. They stopped at his shut door, Hunter letting Mira catch up before they pounded on Shadow's door. "Come!" "Oh hell, he sounds grumpy." "Mira, honey, do me...
The house was almost overly quiet as Dianna and her team entered. They could see the door that Kit had busted in, and they used the same entrance, trying to be as quiet as possible. Mirage's head was up, her eyes constantly moving. She was in the lead, which was usual for her since when anyone found out who she was, they wouldn't come near her. They went through every room on the first floor and then Hunter and Beast peeled away to check out the second floor. They were back fairly...
Mirage rose to fill his glass after he drained it then returned to her seat, crossing her legs uncomfortably. She wasn't used to being dressed like this in front of anyone but Lineal and Lynette and she was feeling a bit naked in front of Hunter. It might have helped if he wasn't looking at her the way he was, as if she were sitting here in that extreme state of undress. She drank more of her whiskey, clearing her throat. "Okay, anytime you want to start. I don't have all night...
Started writing this years ago and lost interest after getting the Gossip Girl stories going. Those of you who do not like the way the story is broken apart when FictionMania publishes it can email me directly at [email protected] to get the raw file for easier reading using Microsoft Notepad. Majorette Mirage 1 As I sat on the edge of Talitha's bed watching her tap her foot on the carpet, I tried to come up with a solution to the huge problem we...
Anyone looking for easier reading of this chapter can message me at [email protected] for the raw file using Microsoft Notepad. Majorette Mirage 2 The next morning I awoke to Talitha's gentle nudges. "Jamie Lynn, it's time to rise sweetie." I rolled over on my side wanting to sleep more but she pulled the covers off of me and cracked my pantied ass. Crack! "Come on Jamie Lynn get up we have to get breakfast and then go over the routine." I...
Hunter's heart was beating too hard. His eyes were swollen from his tears and he couldn't look away from Mirage's dead face. She was beautiful even in death, incredibly lovely almost as if she were sleeping. He could feel his fellow ASP members around them and knew they wanted him to give up her body, to let her go back to the ASP office for internment. But he couldn't do it. He couldn't let them take her from him or think of letting her go into the cold dark of the burial floor at ASP....
Mira woke easily when her alarm went off at six a.m. Even the late night and the amount of alcohol she drank last night couldn't dispel the good mood she woke up in. Hunter thought he'd beaten her. He'd thought she would trot her little ass over to his house and scrub his floors and clean out his refrigerator while his briefs were drying in the dryer. He had a lot of thinks coming if he thought she'd be the dutiful little maid service and fluff and fold. A giggle escaped her as she...
Harsh cries came from his mouth as the terrible agony flooded his body. It was growing worse by the minute, and he rolled, fighting the straps that held him to the bed. Blood ran thick in his veins, too thick. He needed to feed, he needed the release but every movement he made seemed to trap him worse. "Braxton!" he screamed, throwing his head back. His voice was guttural, almost as thick sounding as his blood that flowed heavily through his veins. Then he calmed, his eyes resting upon the...
I COULD SMELL SALT in the air when we stepped off the train in Nice. The sun was slipping towards the horizon. I was antsy, not having moved enough during the long trip down. Callie, despite being lost in thought at what she’d learned, appeared to be okay, flashing me easy smiles every time she caught me studying her. A cab dropped us at another mid-level yet expensive hotel two blocks from the waterfront. I wanted to walk, to burn off nervous energy. After depositing our bags in the nicely...
Montreal was a real contrast. The outskirts, from the commercial port where we’d docked to the center city, was an industrial wasteland mixed with depressing, drab homes in characterless neighborhoods. The city center was charming and full of character, old buildings mixed with modern office blocks, broad avenues and quaint side streets, café, bistros, and restaurants giving the city a European feel. We had time for a delectable lunch of Nova Scotia lobster before catching the Greyhound bus....
Hunter and the Beast (Based on Beauty and the Beast) One upon a time, in a faraway land, a young lad, Gaston, lived in a small village. Although he was the greatest hunter and the best looks in the village, he could not win the heart of his desire. The maiden, Belle, rejected all of his offers for marriage. To impress Belle and make her his wife, he went deep into the forest in search of the legendary Beast. The lad believed that if he could bring back the body of the Beast,...
Mira's screams could be heard from the hallway by Shadow and his party. They sounded horrified and as if she was in pain. Shadow glanced over at Angel and Marcus, nodding at the door, then he disappeared into the wall. Marcus wrestled open the door, tearing it almost off of its hinges. He ran in first, his recently reworked blaster leading the way. In front of him there was nothing but splotches of an orange colored goop. But he could still hear the shrieks of the other teams echoing...
THE ROAD WAS SINUOUS, winding through a canopy of trees. This part of San Sebastián was beautiful, bucolic. Around a bend Pedro Margules’ estate appeared; a tall stone wall topped with nasty-looking spikes, and a double solid wooden gate. There must have been a sensor. As I pulled up, a small door inset into the left gate opened and a simply dressed young man emerged. I noticed the loose cotton shirt and how it draped, hiding a pistol. “Sí?” “Estoy aquí para ver Señor Margules. Me llamo...
Mirage waited, knowing that the buzz of the insanity was coming, that she'd just ruined Hunter's life. She kept her eyes tightly closed, her wrist still pressed against his face. "Mira?" His voice, still soft and completely sane had her opening her eyes and staring up at him in shock. "You're not..." She couldn't even finish the question. "You're..." "No, I'm not," he said, just as shocked as she was. He lifted his hand, his fingers trembling just a bit as he unfastened the...
Callie watched the countryside pass in a blur, the TGV, France’s high-speed train racing at over three hundred kilometers an hour. Across from her Hunter was absorbed in the laptop. “You promised to tell me what the microdot contained,” she reminded him. He shut the laptop, pushed it aside, leaned back, and looked out the window. “You’ve heard about the Israeli-Palestinian peace accord?” “Sure,” Callie nodded. Everyone knew about it; the single biggest achievement in the past fifty years,...
Karen ran from the house to greet Mike when he pulled up in his bass boat at Sanjay’s dock. She was now thirteen years old and thoroughly Texan. She stood at the end of the dock waving to him and shouting, “Unk!” “Hello, Sweetie. How’s my favorite niece doing today?” Mike called back as he brought the boat up to the dock. “I’m fine,” Karen answered as she caught the rope he tossed to her. She tied the boat to the dock with practiced ease. She said, “Daddy will be here in a minute. He’s...
Hunter just stared down at her for a second. "Whoa, she's on a roll tonight." "Well, you know, I now have an idea why you can be so completely unbearable to be around sometimes." She giggled when Hunt made the sound of a rim shot. "You're getting Punny, Mira. Maybe it's time to get you out of the night air. I think it's affecting your thought processes." He rose and tugged her up, turning her to walk ahead of him back toward her house. They'd walked only a few steps before his...
"What the fuck is that?" Mira gasped. It was a continuous growl, one that sounded inhuman and hungry and twenty times as big as the biggest of the Zombie girls. Hunter leaned against the door as the heavy metal rattled as if something much bigger wanted to open the door and make their acquaintance. He could feel the power that leaked through the metal and the thoughts that tried hard to leach into his brain. He fought it, moving bare inches from the metal. When his skin no longer touched...
Mike and Cathy returned home from work to find Bob waiting outside for them to show up. Making the Marines guarding Mike a little nervous, Bob walked over to the car carrying a bottle of wine with him. Mike got out of the car and said, “Hello, Bob.” “Hello, Mike. I wanted to thank you for accepting our offer on your house,” Bob said. In a very natural reaction to being jerked around over the price of the house, Bob and Ellen had not been happy with Mike. Ellen had been getting angry at what...
Hunter's engaging smile was long gone before Dianna finished Mirage's story. A strange pang started in his chest, surprising him. Hearing of how Lineal and Lynette, Mirage's husband and daughter had been put to death was heartbreaking. He could almost feel their pain. The scorch of the whip was a terrible thing. He'd felt it once or twice in his own inhumanely long life. But know that Lineal had been forced to endure the bite until he'd mercifully died was almost more than he could...
The hallway was empty. It wasn't just empty, it seemed down right desolate. Angel spun down the hall, walking carefully and covering every angle that she could. This was the third hallway that they had cleared. Another twenty ASP workers were now on their way to Conference room eight. They'd run into Kit and her crew, sending them down to keep an eye on the survivors. With Tinman there, they had one agent that was bite proof. Mage had shed a little bit of light into the zombie girls,...
Anna's things were still here, where was she? I heard a strangled moan from the bedroom. Her nude form was on the floor writhing. She was trying to scream but couldn't draw in enough air to do so. Every tortured inhalation was cut short by a gasp of pain. A trail of water led from the shower she had loved so much. As quickly as I could, I entered her mind and stopped the pain. I don't think there was an unbroken bone in her body and what else he had done to her was anybodies guess –...
I was raised on a feral wilderness planet. My father was a hunter, trapping and killing for their meat the ferocious animals that dominated the planet. My mother ran a smallholding to raise grain, fruit and vegetables, heavily protected by fortifications and electric fences. My sisters showed no aptitude or inclination for hunting but readily took to helping my mother expand her smallholding. I took to hunting like a duck to water, surpassing my father's skills by my mid-teens. I could walk...
Finally, we calmed down and tried to figure out what to do. Eventually, we decided simply to get rid of the man's body and not to say anything to anyone about what happened. Disposing of the body would be easy: all I had to do was to dump it in the pecan grove and let the wild hogs eat it. The body would be fully consumed withing two days. We stripped his body and dragged it out the door. That was easy because he was pretty well lined up with the door, so I tied his feet together and ran...
Callie studied their stateroom with pleasure. It wasn’t luxurious, but it was neat, clean, functional, and spacious with several portholes giving a view of the sea. The bathroom was spotless, towels clean. While unpacking, she smiled to herself. This was so unexpected. The Canada Senator was a working container ship. At first glance when they’d arrived at the commercial docks, she’d seen a rusting blue ship piled high with different colored containers; so high she wondered how the ship...
CALLIE YAWNED AND STRETCHED. Her body felt bruised and sore like she did after a long, hard dance workout. She smiled. She had danced, just a different dance - the dance of love with Hunter. Turning her head, she saw the bed was empty. A momentary spike of fear passed when she saw him sipping coffee at the small table by the porthole. Why didn’t he ever sleep in? Her bladder called. A flush of warm embarrassment hit when she felt a damp spot underneath her. She’d leaked! Dashing to the...
Callie was still sound asleep, gone to the world, when I rose at five-thirty. In the kitchen, with a mug of freshly brewed coffee, I got to work. Phone calls to acquaintances led me to Paula Tasker, only twenty-five, yet her reputation was already widely respected. I told her what I was looking for. We bargained over the fee. She accepted. Calls to acquaintances in Switzerland solved another part of my plan. And, at six-thirty in the morning, Friday, I called the White House. Lucas Smith...
Call me Hunter. Just ... Hunter. Don't try tacking on some stupid 'Mr.' or 'Agent' or any of that shit. Hunter. It's who I am and it's what I am. Sure, the official designation is 'Tracker', but, to my mind, a tracker simply follows things. A hunter, on the other hand, follows things, then kills them. They use me, or one of the others like me, when some deviant with paranormal abilities has crossed the magic line between salvageable and disposable. Trackers, with our chemically...
Domino stepped out of the car, his eyes upon the huge house that sat on a picturesque estate just beyond city limits. The lights were on and, with his excellent ears; he could hear the sounds of people talking and music being played. A disgusted sigh was wrestled from his chest and he glanced apologetically at the two that stepped out of the passenger side. "My dinner must be entertaining again. I've asked her not to do such things when I'm not home. It's almost impossible to find humans...
Thursday August, 25 Instead, it got a lot worse. Or at least it did for Dr. Martin, who I walked down stairs to find on our TV screen, explaining to a phalanx of reporters that school was canceled due to the hordes of protesters blocking every road within a six block radius of the school. Mom looked up at me: "Since we don't need to rush out the door, I thought we'd have a nice, leisurely family breakfast. Why don't you and Jeff go ahead and get your showers." I went back upstairs and...
“Are you sure it’s safe?” Callie whispered, peering around at the darkness. The rear entrance to her apartment was deserted. Distant streetlights were weak, casting a yellow glow in the alley, creating dark impenetrable shadows. I used the keys we still had to open the door. Avoiding the ancient elevator - it was too noisy and a trap if we were spotted - I led her up the stairs, pausing at every landing to check the corridors. Her front door opened silently. I paused, listening for anyone....
The next day was more of the same as far as hogs went. I figured that I had enough rabbits with six to test the market. If Mr. Benson didn't want the rabbits, I would try to peddle them myself. Sam and I headed for another empty field where I expected to find some wild hogs. It was near the farm of my near neighbor, Jeb Hanson, and I had heard that he was troubled by wild hogs. I planned to drop by to see him about hunting on his property next week. Sam was as eager as I was to find hogs,...
There was a sudden coup in North Korea. Weapons supplied by China had found their way into the hands of a large number of people who were tired of being hungry and living without electricity. After the initial fighting between government forces and citizens had died down, the Chinese government stepped in and established an interim government. Even the Chinese soldiers were shocked by the conditions in North Korea. Three weeks had passed since the attempted missile attack on the United...
Wednesday, August 24 My hopes that Reverend Neal wouldn't cause any more trouble were dashed as Mom pulled into the school parking lot to find the Reverend leading a protest, accompanied by three or four TV news cameras. Several of the protestors had signs with bible verses on them, including the one I was supposed to read in chapel this afternoon. "Reverend Tucker sure knows his stuff," I thought to myself. Mom backed the car up. "I don't think it's a good idea for us to get out...
The assignment became even more problematic for me over the next four days. On Monday, Callie spotted a friend when we arrived at the dance school and rushed over to chat. A couple of minutes later she approached me with her friend in tow; a young girl with short auburn hair and honey-brown eyes. “Ceci est mon garde du corps, Hunter Lightfoot,” she said, introducing me to her friend. To me she said, “This is Maria. She’s Italian but doesn’t speak English.” “Piacere di conoscerti,” I said...
CALLIE SAT ON THE couch, not concentrating on her textbook. Instead, she studied Hunter. He was absorbed in her textbook on François-Marie Arouet, better known under his nom de plume, Voltaire. Hunter was full of surprises. He was deeper than she’d believed, more knowledgeable, his interests broad. Despite being conversationally challenged, in the little he’d said he revealed a sharp mind. He was educated, articulate, and intelligent. He was a health nut, too, careful of what he ate, rarely...
The port was in utter chaos. The accident the team leader had referred to had been every boat in the harbor suddenly racing towards the docks, crashing into the ones already tied up, snapping the long spars of the outriggers and making every slot on the pier an untenable tangle of splintered bamboo. Nothing bigger than a rowboat would be leaving for hours. I had to find a way to beat Collins to Manila, but Boracay didn't have an airstrip. It might be possible to land a plane on a stretch...

Straight SexThis is a story about a bounty hunter or hunters who is coming up the ranks quickly for being one of the best bounty hunters ever. So who shall the story be about?
Oh, my God! I had so much paperwork to fill out that it took me nearly the whole day to get it all done. At least, the shooting had taken place in Bollard County so I was saved another stack of forms I would have had to fill with mind-numbing drivel. This was almost enough to make me quit the job, but I found that I liked being a deputy sheriff enough to stick with it. Mary was supportive, and that made a big difference. My salary of $30 per month would have been a problem in other...
Hot night. Loud music. Sea of movement. I am on the prowl! I'm in need, and the hunt has begun. Holding mydrink, I let current of bodies carry me slowly around the dance floor. Theair is thick with energy and body heat. One can easily get lost in sensoryoverload; bass drumming deep in the stomach, a kaleidoscope of lights almostpalpable on the exposed skin. Momentarily lightning-like flashes replacedby minute darkness ? ~ where do all these hands go at those times? ~ Couples moving in unison,...
A/N: Hello everyone, this is something I’ve been putting together for a long time and now, finally, have decided to write. This is going to be a very long story and hopefully I have the skills, ideas and story to keep you interested all the way to the end. ‘Talking’ ‘Thinking’ =Narration= **** Scene Change **** Hunters Advent ={ Book 1: Birth }= Chapter 1: =§ Hunters of Darkness §= = The Underworld… when you hear the word, it makes you think about a society of crime without law, or a...
Friday, August 26 I awoke to Jeff fondling my balls. He brushed my cheek with his other hand as he invited me to follow him into the shower. "How about we stay here," I replied, "I already need to wash these sheets." Jeff smiled sweetly as I began stroking him. I cradled his shoulders with my free arm as we kissed passionately. My breathing quickened and I felt an oncoming orgasm. Jeff and I came in unison. After a few more minutes of cuddling, I proceeded downstairs for breakfast while...
Miles of French countryside slipped by in companionable silence. The Peugeot was a feisty little car I enjoyed driving. It gave me time to think. Callie was a distraction. Not good given our situation. But I couldn’t help it. In the middle of last night she’d woken me, moaning and tossing, signs of a disturbed sleep. She’d rolled away from me earlier at some point. I tried placing a hand on her to calm her. When her moans turned into quiet whimpers, I rolled towards her and hugged her,...
At some point deep in the night, I woke up. Callie was stretched out on her front, face turned away from me, and I had her gorgeous naked buttock in my hand. An erection returned, fueled in no small measure by the memory of making love to her, and I wanted her again. Rolling towards her, I woke her with soft kisses on her bare shoulder. She smelled wonderful. Callie murmured and stirred. Reaching over her, I turned her, spooning her, her gorgeous ass nestling into my groin. Rising on an...
PRESIDENT RICHARDS LOOKED UP from the briefing paper he was studying and removed his reading glasses when Lucas Smith entered the Oval Office. “We have an update,” Lucas said, sitting in a chair in front of the desk and crossing his knee. Richards leaned back. “You’ve got them?” he asked. “No. But we know where they’re headed. They were spotted in Genoa. We confirmed he bought two tickets to Rome in Nice. Lightfoot worked in Rome for three months, two and a half years ago. He has contacts...
ON THE THIRD DAY of our journey, the Canada Senator passed through the Strait of Gibraltar and into the Atlantic. The change was immediately noticeable. The ship, despite stabilizers, acquired a gentle roll, a distinct lateral sway that, combined with slow plunging and rising movements as the ship plowed through ocean swells, proved challenging for Callie. She woke up suddenly and made a dash for the bathroom, the sound of vomiting filtering through the closed door. For the next four days...
CALLIE SHIFTED ON THE hard wooden chair. Her shoulders ached. She tried to ease the ache but couldn’t; the plastic cuffs were too tightly closed around her wrists behind her and biting into her skin. Fear made her shake. She felt like crying but wouldn’t give the two men in front of her the satisfaction. The plastic cuffs around her ankles were cutting off her circulation, her feet tingling with numbness. Defiantly, she stared back at the two men; one wide and bulging with muscles, the...
Manila... Shit... Still in Manila. There was no doubt that he'd been here, but there was the very same absence of doubt that he was now gone. I been pounding the broken, dirty concrete for three days and all I'd come up with was half a dozen clubs missing girls and no idea where he'd taken them. Sometimes I wish these bastards would do their collecting in more pleasant parts of the world. But, while I am pretty good at making my wishes come to fruition, I couldn't change the fact...
A Manila Street Scene: It wasn't one of the congested main thoroughfares, but it was a fairly busy local street. The wide sidewalks to either side gave access to the many shops. One could get lunch at one the several food stands, or just a snack and a soda at the Sari-Sari store. A welding shop was next to a clothing store that was by the appliance repair shop, such was the diversity of commerce. On a nearby side street the local teens were playing a game of pick-up badminton over a low...
Hunters & Prey Wilds of Southern Colorado, August 2008. "And then in the strange way things happen, their roles were reversed from that day! The hunted became the huntress. The hunter became the prey! Conquest! Now you know who made the conquest! She, with all her female guile, led him helpless down the aisle. She had finally made a conquest..." "Can we turn that shit off, Bax!" the blond weasel-faced man in the Honda's passenger seat yelled at his friend. Not waiting for an answer,...
Read, review, and rip it apart. Most importantly have a merry holiday whether you’re Christian or pagan or whatever your religious or cultural affiliation may be. I highly recommend going back and reading the first 5 chapters if you have time, this will make better sense if you do. The Darkness * * * * * The sequin studded crimson gown hugged the singer’s curvy body. Max’s well-trained eyes could see that even before the spot light hit her. Her head was down and her hair draped over her...
