April 2, 1984, McKinley, Ohio

“«Ты говоришь по-русски?»” I asked when I recovered from the double shock.

“«Удивлены»?”

“I don’t think surprised even scratches the surface!” I replied in English, not wanting to give up any nuances of my speech. “What’s your full name?”

“Larissa Sergeyevna Federova. I was named for ‘Lara’ in Doctor Zhivago, but I go by Laura Sera Bragg. My parents divorced when I was little and both remarried. My mom changed her and my legal name to Bragg, which is my step-dad’s name.”

“Are you Orthodox? I asked.

“Duh!” she laughed, squeezing her vaginal muscles around my slowly-softening shaft. “But I haven’t been to church since I was little.”

“Where are you from?”

“Outside Duquesne, Pennsylvania; it’s not far from Pittsburgh.”

“Where were you baptized?”

“Saint Nicholas in McKees Rocks, which is about thirty minutes from where we live now, but only about ten minutes from where my parents lived when I was born, which was West View. You?”

“Holy Transfiguration in West Monroe, about forty-five minutes from here. I currently attend Saint Michael the Archangel here in McKinley. I’m a subdeacon.”

“Very interesting.”

“How much did you know about me before today?”

“I knew you were Russian, went to church regularly, and that was about it.”

“So why wait seven months to talk to me?”

“You always had a girl around, and the cute Japanese girl scooped you up right after orientation! But I saw her with another guy, and pretty soon I knew Clarissa was lesbian, well, maybe she’s bi, but everyone said you guys were just friends. And then I had the perfect opening to talk to you.”

“What’s your major?”

“MRS!” she teased.

“Besides that!” I chuckled.

“Math, but for secondary ed. I want to teach High School. You’re going to be a doctor, right?”

“Yes.”

“So, now what?” I asked.

Laura laughed, “You fuck me again! Then if you want, you ask me out. If not, you got a proper ‘thank you’ for saving my life and I got a proper fucking for my first time!”

“No designs?” I asked.

“Other than losing my virginity? No! I’m not THAT way! Besides, I’m a Freshman and you have something like five more years of school, right?”

“Yes. And then Residency.”

“How soon can you go again?” she asked as I finally slipped from her.

“It doesn’t take too long,” I replied. “And licking you will help make me hard.”

“Uhm, did you forget?”

I chuckled, “No. I kissed YOU after I performed oral sex on you and you didn’t complain!”

“My mind was totally elsewhere!”

I rolled Laura gently off me, then moved so I could suckle on her tiny breasts, something I’d been interrupted doing the previous night. Laura enjoyed the attention, though I was sure she enjoyed the OTHER attention from my mouth even more. I pleasured her to three orgasms with my lips and tongue before I was hard, and at her request, entered her in the missionary position and gave her a good, moderate fucking, leading to exquisite mutual orgasms as her soft, slick pussy clung tightly to my rock-hard shaft. As before, I rolled us over and stayed inside Laura, with her on top of me.

“Did you need an excuse?” I asked.

“You mean for my first time?”

“Yes.”

“Sort of. I dated some during High School, but guys were way more interested in girls with huge chests, and I certainly wasn’t about to get a reputation as being ‘easy’. None of the guys who asked me out really did much for me. I mean, it’s not that they were jerks, but none of them made me tingle when I kissed them. I had fun going out, but drew the line at doing more than kissing, not that guys were beating down the door to touch my flat chest.

“I graduated, dated a guy from school for most of the Summer, but it wasn’t going anywhere. Then I came to Taft and Sarah and I met and became friends. We double-dated a lot, but neither of us found a guy we really wanted to be with. As I said, we met Ted and Miles at the bowling alley, which was kind of our hangout for most of the school year, but neither of us thought they were the guys we wanted to be with. They’re fun, and they’re nice, but that’s all.

“We had both seen you at the orientation and basically that night we both said we wanted a guy like you — upperclassman, cool, smart, funny, talented, and confident. Sarah would have probably done it with you on stage in front of the student body! But I figured out you were Russian and that gave me dibs; but as I said, I saw you with other girls, and that kind of put things on hold.”

“When did you find out?”

“I saw your baptismal cross when it was outside your t-shirt and there were a couple of things you said which implied it. Then I saw your icons and I knew for sure. That’s when Sarah agreed I could pursue you. But Kimiko was there before I really had a chance to get to know you. You were hanging out with Clarissa, the Greek girl, and the other girl, Sandy, I think. Plus that professor’s daughter you sing with.”

“This is her room,” I said.

“No way!”

“Yes. This is Doctor Blahnik’s house. She’s my guitar teacher and the two of them decided to basically take me under their wings. I plan to live here during medical school, and maybe even next year if I decide not to be RA.”

“Several questions! Which medical school?”

“McKinley. That’s my first choice and I should get it. Next?”

“Next year?”

“Did you see the flyers about the meeting?”

“Yes.”

“That’s me. I’m challenging the rules on overnight guests.”

“And now you have a new reason! Well, assuming you’re interested in a, what did you call it? A ‘deliciously tight’ pussy?”

“Then I have a question for you.”

She smiled sillily, “I’ve never given a blowjob but if I can get that thing in my mouth, I’ll swallow!”

“Good to know,” I said with a grin, “but that wasn’t the question!”

“Then it has to be church.”

“Yes, but it’s even more complicated than you might guess.”

“The word on the floor is you attend pretty much every service.”

“Yes, but as the commercial says, ‘but wait, there’s more!’ — the bishop intends to ordain me a deacon, preferably right after I finish my undergrad degree.”

“You mean like just over a year from now?” Lara asked, surprised.

“Yes.”

She sat up and I slipped from her.

“You mean you have to marry in the next year? Or never marry?”

“You can forget the ‘never marry’ part! The last hour should tell you my opinion of celibacy!”

Laura laughed, “True. So what happens?”

“The bishop waits.”

“But that means you’re actively looking for a wife, doesn’t it?”

“Not just yet, but once the semester is over, I’ll evaluate the playing field.”

“Not for love?”

I shook my head, “As weird as it sounds, that’s not nearly enough. She’s going to have to deal with the rigors of medical school and the even worse rigors of Residency. During medical school between classes, homework, studying, church, and sleeping, I’ll have almost no time. In Residency, there are 36-hour shifts. That leaves very little time for family, of whatever form. I’ll have no money, except what I’ve saved, until Residency, and then I’ll have significant loans to repay. I need someone who can put up with that, put up with being a deacon’s wife, and who can adjust her desire to have kids to that kind of schedule.”

“You aren’t asking for much.”

“That’s the problem. There was a girl from my church back home I thought was the right girl, but she doesn’t want to wait five or six years to even start trying to have kids, and even if she did, I don’t think she could handle the feelings of neglect.”

“But you’re in love with each other?”

“Yes, and we sat down and talked about it, not just once, but multiple times, and we don’t think it’s worth the risk. We’d rather be very close friends than end up with a failed marriage. And that’s another point that I need to make clear. My three closest friends in the world are female, and I expect that to be true for the rest of my life.”

“You’re not doing a very good sales job, you realize that, don’t you?”

“I know. But if I’m not clear up front, I’m setting myself up for a disaster. Have I scared you off?”

“Almost! When I pulled down your underwear!”

“Flattery will get you everywhere!”

“What’s there to get beyond lying naked on top of you after you expertly fucked me? Twice!”

“Your MRS?”

“Talk about skipping to the end of the book!”

“YOU asked! And you’re the one who told me about wanting your MRS!”

“I suppose I did! May I tell you something?”

“Sure.”

“I REALLY like lying here on you, with your arms around me.”

“I’m certainly not going to object to you saying that and I’m enjoying holding you. I suppose that takes us to the question.”

“What next?”

“A joint shower seems appropriate.”

Laura laughed, “Yes, and it seems like fun, too! And then?”

“Come join us for dinner,” I said. “I suppose all we can do is take it from there.”

“I do need to tell you a couple of things. One you’ll find amusing and the other, well...”

“Let’s take the amusing one first.”

“When Sarah and I agreed on dibs, it was on the condition that no matter what happened, she got an opportunity.”

I chuckled, “And you don’t have a problem with that?”

“I had no claim on you then, and I don’t have one at the moment, and what would I be if I went back on an agreement? You obviously aren’t bound by the agreement, but she WILL ask or offer or however she wants to handle it.”

“I don’t think ‘amusing’ does that justice, but I’ll accept that description. What’s the other thing.”

“I’m a very, very good student. I scored 1580 on my SAT and had a 35 composite on the ACT. I had a 4.0 GPA for school. Not High School. School.”

“And you want to teach High School?”

“Yes, but we can discuss the reasons for my career choice later. There’s one important thing you need to know.”

“OK.”

“I skipped second and third grades.”

My brain did the math instantly and my first reaction was I wasn’t going to be arrested. My second was that she LOOKED young but didn’t act young.

“When’s your birthday,” I asked.

“May 17th.”

“1967?”

“Yes. Are you upset?”

“It’s a good thing I have a strong heart of the double shock might have done me in. Or is it triple now?”

“You didn’t answer.”

“I don’t think I’m upset. How does slightly disoriented grab you?”

“Better than upset. There was never a good time to tell you which wouldn’t have prevented us from being here. And I’m not just talking about sex, but talking seriously about a relationship. Don’t get me wrong, you haven’t asked me out and you’ve given me stuff to think about, so I’m not trying to pretend that my very personal ‘thank you’ card is anything more than a great first time. I think if I had told you, that would have been the end of it, because you might have treated me like a little kid.”

I took a deep breath and let it out.

“Maybe. It certainly would have given me serious pause, but given my very specific criteria, even a girl who is sixteen has to be considered viable, IF she could marry before I was ordained.”

“I’m emancipated, so I don’t need my parents’ signatures. I needed to do that to be able to live in the dorms.”

“Why do I feel I’m being completely outsmarted by a sixteen-year-old?”

“Because I’m probably smarter than you are.”

“And you think THAT is a good sales job?” I asked with a grin.

“You’re extremely intelligent, Mike. You need an extremely intelligent wife and extremely intelligent friends. Who do you hang out with?”

“Mostly pre-med, plus a few others who are going to do research instead of going down the MD path.”

“All excellent students?”

“Yes. Our entire study group has a 4.0 GPA.”

“Are you the smartest?”

I shrugged as best I could, lying on my back, “Some people seem to think so, at least with regard to book learning.”

“If you want common sense, you came to the WRONG person!” Laura laughed. “I’ve been accused of being too logical and too analytical, and not applying basic common sense.”

“Join the club,” I replied. “So, teaching?”

“I think they’re doing it wrong. We should be providing every possible opportunity to the most gifted students, and that’s where we should focus our resources. Yes, everyone should have access to a basic education, but gifted students, from any background, any social class, any race, any gender, should be our priority. Somewhere, in some inner-city ghetto, is the kid who can cure cancer, and the system is failing to find them and get them into a school that will let them actually achieve to the level of their giftedness. I want to help find those kids.”

“Did someone help you that way?” I asked.

“My first-grade teacher who realized my potential. She’s still my mentor.”

“Is she the one who got you to skip grades?”

“Yes. She wanted to move me to fifth, but my step-dad felt that starting High School at eleven and graduating at fifteen would have caused big problems with social adjustment, because I’d be going through puberty during my Sophomore or Junior year. Skipping two grades made it Freshman year, and there were a few late bloomers, so I wasn’t the only girl without boobs. Not that I ever got any to speak of!”

“I kept growing until nineteen,” I said.

“My regular doctor, and my pediatrician before her, say I’m done growing. So, this is me, basically flat-chested, no curves. I take it,” her eyes twinkled, “the ‘deliciously tight’ pussy makes up for that?”

I chuckled, “It’s a nice bonus, but I go for personality. It’s WAY more important.”

“I’d call that a line most of the time, but I think you’re being truthful.”

“You have me more than a bit off kilter,” I said.

“I do that to people,” she smiled. “It’s what my counselor called ‘being too smart for my own good’.”

“Guidance counselor?”

“Yes, but she’s also a licensed clinical psychologist. Not because I’m crazy — well, I am — but because of skipping grades. I liked talking to her, so I continued seeing her. I see her when I go home, just to touch base, make sure I’m dealing OK with the adult world, and so on.”

“I’m seeing one, too. It started when my sister had some serious problems a few years ago, and I’ve gone back for help, and now, a friend of mine who was diagnosed with a mental illness is seeing her, and I’m participating in her treatment, as a friend. Oh, and I’m probably just as crazy as you are.”

“Let’s take our shower and then go to dinner. I assume Sarah can join us?”

“Sure. Did you know her before?”

“No, as I said earlier, we met at Taft. She was my random roommate assignment. She’s from Portsmouth, Ohio. We hit it off right away and became friends.”

“And competitors!” I grinned.

“I have her at a severe disadvantage in anything other than fucking! You’ll have to judge that one! If you want to, that is.”

“Let’s get our shower, girl who says she’s smarter than me!”

Laura laughed and moved off of me. We got out of bed and went into the bathroom. I adjusted the temperature in the shower, and then we got in and stood under the spray. I took the bottle of shampoo from the small shelf and poured a small amount into my hands, then gently worked it into a lather in her long, black hair.

“Mmmmm, that’s nice. You have a very gentle touch.”

When I finished lathering her hair, I rinsed my hands in the spray, then soaped Laura’s entire body before having her rinse off. Once the soap and shampoo was rinsed away, Laura washed me in the same way I’d washed her, and after I rinsed off, we dried each other, then got dressed. She helped me change the bed linen, and I took the soiled set to the laundry room and put them in the washing machine. I left a note for Doctor Blahnik to move them to the dryer, and then Laura and I left the house for the walk back to campus.

“How many kids do you want?” she asked. “And when?”

“Two has always seemed to be the right number, but I’m not opposed to more. When to have them is really a question of practicality. The most reasonable time, at least given my financial situation and schooling, is probably when I start my Residency.”

“Which is 1989, right?”

“Yes.”

“I’ll easily finish my undergraduate degree and student teaching by 1988, have a job, and be working on my Master’s, which I should finish by 1990. I’d be twenty-two and you’d be twenty-seven.”

“That is how the math works,” I replied with a grin. “All those math classes seem to have paid off!”

“Ha, ha! Any OTHER issues I need to consider? I mean, other than having to decide to get married in just over a year?”

“Let’s see — medical school, Residency, church, ordination, kids, female best friends. I think that covers it.”

“And how long do I have to make this decision?”

“You’re making a BIG assumption!” I replied.

“If I check every box on your list AND you enjoy having sex with me, I don’t think I’m making an assumption at all.”

“A reasonable point,” I agreed.

“And I think we’re both smart enough to find ways to keep it interesting. And if not, I know there are plenty of books available to give us ideas!”

I chuckled, “You were pretty confident for an inexperienced sixteen-year-old.”

“I also happen to be fearless, in case you didn’t notice.”

“I hadn’t, but looking back over our interactions, I can see it.”

“So, how long?”

“I made a commitment to someone that I wouldn’t make any decisions before the end of the semester, and most likely not before the end of the Summer. And, despite your comment about ‘checking all the boxes’ we do still need to talk and really get to know each other.”

“Because having my insides feel like they were put through a blender doesn’t qualify?” she asked mirthfully.

“There’s ‘knowing’ and ‘knowing’,” I replied. “Are you feeling OK?”

“Uncomfortable, but I think that’s normal. Obviously, my hymen had disappeared at some point, because there wasn’t any blood, but literally nothing had been in there, not even a finger, before you entered me.”

“Did you masturbate?”

“From around age thirteen, but gentle rubbing works best.”

“Are you going home for the Summer?”

“Yes. My step-dad plans pretty elaborate vacations every Summer. This year we’re going on a month-long Caribbean cruise starting in early June.”

“Speaking of vacations, that reminds me — Clarissa and I plan to backpack around Europe for a month right after graduation. It’ll be the last vacation we have until sometime after we’re Residents.”

“Have you been?”

“No, but some friends have, and they encouraged me to go then, because it really will be the last freedom I have for about seven years.”

“Or the rest of your life!”

I chuckled, “That freedom I don’t need, believe it or not.”

“Speaking of that, you have to decide about Sarah for YOU, not for me. If you don’t want to, that’s totally cool, but it has to be about you. I don’t want a reputation of going back on my word.”

Good Medicine Junior YearChapter 64 Am I Allowed To Be Nervous

January 20, 1984, McKinley, Ohio “I actually think that might be a good idea,” Doctor Mercer said when we spoke on Friday afternoon. “What kind of time limits would you suggest?” “I think I’d like to wait until I see you on the 11th. I’ll see Angie a dozen times by then, and I’ll have a better idea what to tell you.” “How is she?” “I know it might not have seemed like it, but it lifted her spirits and made her very happy.” “That’s good to hear. I take it there were no ill effects from...

Good Medicine Junior YearChapter 57 Domino Theory

January 1, 1984, McKinley, Ohio Chloe melted into my arms and molded her body against mine and we began swaying to All Out of Love. I very much enjoyed the full-body contact, but something just felt different. I realized that I, too, had been enthralled by our duet, but it had worn off. I wondered if that was true for Chloe as well. If it had, then she wouldn’t ask; if it hadn’t, and she did, I’d promised to say ‘yes’. And truth be told, I knew I wanted to feel the body which was currently...

Good Medicine Junior YearChapter 72 Status Reports

March 20, 1984, Rutherford, Ohio I arrived at the halfway house in Rutherford just after 2:30pm on Tuesday afternoon wearing my cassock to keep up appearances. I was shown into Mr. Gilbert’s office. He offered coffee which I accepted and we sat down in a pair of chairs next to his desk. “Is everything OK?” I asked. “Yes, it is. I just wanted a word with you so I could thank you for the help you’ve given Paul Reynolds. I started doing this six years ago when I retired from GE, and we’ve...

Good Medicine Junior YearChapter 7 Substitution

June 9, 1983, McKinley, Ohio “Unbelievable,” Milena sighed as she snuggled close. We were sitting very close together in bed, leaning against pillows which were against the wall, the sheet pulled up only to our thighs, and wine glasses in our hands. “What?” I asked. “That something so gentle and so slow could make me feel better than a night of crazy sex.” “Isn’t that what happened with Joel?” I asked. “You told me that mostly it was just making love then talking for hours.” “But we’re...

Good Medicine Junior YearChapter 29 All Grown Up

September 24, 1983, McKinley, Ohio On Saturday morning, I was up at 4:30am, quickly showered, dressed, and left Sophia in my bed while I went to the lab to take down the readings and complete the checklists. I was back about 6:10am and Sophia was still sleeping. I changed into my running clothes and headed back outside. As I ran, I thought about my conversation with Sophia the previous evening. I didn’t have an easy answer for Angie, any more than I’d had one for Jocelyn, and I was...

September 27, 1983, McKinley, Ohio “That was not what I expected, AT ALL!” I said when Robby, Lee, Angie and I left for karate on Tuesday afternoon. “Two kilos is distribution amounts,” Robby said. “Forget expulsion, he’s going to do some serious jail time unless he has a good lawyer who can arrange for him to cop a plea.” “The funny thing is,” Lee said, “he had such a rep as a partier, I wouldn’t be shocked if that was his personal stash!” “Oh, come on!” Robby exclaimed. “Do you realize...

Good Medicine Junior YearChapter 23 Labor Day Weekend Part II

September 3, 1983, West Monroe, Ohio “So now what?” she asked after about ten minutes of silence. A lot had run through my mind in those ten minutes. Jocelyn and I were two very different people, and I wondered if ‘Jos’ and ‘Mik’ actually still existed, or if they, too, had died as a direct result of that accident. And if they had, then what? Was there ANYTHING which could be salvaged from the past? Was Jocelyn even capable of having that kind of friendship? Her psyche was a complete mess,...

January 4, 1984, Rutherford, Ohio “How was New Year’s in Indianapolis?” I asked Dale when we sat down with our food at A&W. “Clara and I broke up,” he replied. “Whoa!” Jocelyn gasped. “What happened?” “It was building for the past few months,” Dale replied. “I’m not ready to be tied down as far as she wanted to tie me down.” “I don’t know,” I smirked, “I hear that can be fun!” Dale nodded, “Oh, it can!” Clarissa and I laughed and Jocelyn rolled her eyes as she had done so often...

Good Medicine Junior YearChapter 42 Kentucky for Christmas

November 13, 1983, McKinley Ohio Kimiko had spent the night with me on Saturday, and Clarissa joined the two of us to go to church. The previous night, when Clarissa had spoken my thoughts, we’d simply hugged, she’d kissed my cheek, and left, letting Kimiko know I was waiting for her. The previous twenty-four hours had been almost surreal, but also clarifying. But it wasn’t over just yet — I had my date with Tasha, which I felt was going to be equally enlightening. Kimiko hadn’t said...

Will you try?” “I think I read the same book,” I replied. “The Joy of Sex?” “Yes, that was the book. So you know how it’s supposed to work?” “Mechanically, yes, but Tasha...” “Mishka,” she said gently. “You are my first lover, and the one I want to experience everything with. Good Medicine Junior YearChapter 2 Son of a Vich

May 28, 1983, West Monroe, Ohio Later that morning, I stared at the phone, trying to decide exactly what I was going to say to Janey. My problem was, that even asking her to have lunch was fraught with problems. If we were seen together, AND it got back to Tasha, or worse, Deacon Vasily, that would be the end of any possible relationship with Tasha. And the more I thought about it, the more convinced I was that I didn’t want to do that. That said, I didn’t want to have the conversation with...

November 22, 1983, West Monroe, Ohio I’d expected an immediate reaction but for a good thirty seconds, you could have heard a pin drop in the sitting room. The silence quickly grew oppressive and suffocating. I carefully watched Deacon Vasily’s face and specifically his eyes, and waited for the eruption which was bubbling just below the surface, but his wife beat him to it. “Sasha,” she asked softly, a tear running down her cheek, “are you sure?” “Yes, Mom, I’m sure.” “How did this...

December 31, 1983, McKinley, Ohio “Mike!” Milena gushed when Clarissa, Tasha, and I walked into her mom’s house. “How’s the blushing bride?” I asked. “I don’t think Milena has blushed since she was twelve!” Doctor Blahnik teased. “Hi, Mike! Hi, Tasha! Hi, Clarissa!” “Hi! Milena, where’s your intended?” I asked. “His friends have custody of him until the wedding starts at 8:00pm! But the rule was he had to be sober, able to stand on his own, and have no injuries!” I chuckled, “So much...

April 27, 1984, McKinley, Ohio “I think I’ve finally recovered,” I said as Lara and I headed to the movies on Friday evening. “Sleep?” “And gorging myself on rich foods which I hadn’t eaten for two months! My body was totally out of whack. But I wouldn’t trade Lent and Holy Week for anything.” “You’re sure you’re OK with seeing Racing with the Moon?” “It’s what you chose, so yes. December 17, 1983, West Monroe, Ohio As soon as we started kissing, Hannah started tugging at my clothes, pulling my polo shirt from my jeans. We broke the kiss and she pulled my shirt over my head and reached for my belt. Less than a minute later she had me naked. “Wow!” she gasped. “It’s huge! Good Medicine Junior YearChapter 37 A NonStarter

October 27, 1983, West Monroe, Ohio “How did your clandestine tryst go?” Mom asked with a smile when she arrived home. “OK. Maggie is suffering under pretty harsh restrictions; in a way, they’re even worse than the ones you imposed on Liz, and Maggie didn’t really do anything other than go to church with me, read some Orthodox books, and say some Orthodox prayers. Good Medicine Junior YearChapter 59 Analysis

January 5, 1984, Milford, Ohio “Should I lie on the couch?” I asked with a silly grin. “If you feel more comfortable. Some people do better face to face, some do better when they can’t see the therapist, others prefer side-by-side. You’ll learn that for what you’ll call your ‘bedside manner’, no two patients will respond the same way. You and one other young man who shall remain nameless to protect the guilty, just want straight shooting, no mincing words. Others need enough embroidery to...

Good Medicine Junior YearChapter 66 A ManToMan Talk

February 11, 1984, West Monroe, Ohio After I left Doctor Mercer’s office, I stopped at a deli on Route 50 in Milford, bought a cup of coffee and a bagel, and then headed towards West Monroe. I was still chuckling to myself over the revelation that Emmy had told all of my sister’s friends about my measurements, and apparently my prowess, and that had led to Mindy’s full-court press, as well as attention from the other girls, which, until they turned sixteen, had been a bit of flirting, but...

Good Medicine Junior YearChapter 5 Milena and Joel

June 3, 1983, McKinley, Ohio “You’re serious?” Milena asked, incredulous. “I am; you figured it out, and this is the talk we SHOULD have had.” She shook her head, “Now you have ME thinking about whether we should do this or not.” “Which was my entire point.” “Not to interrupt this moment of clarity,” Deb said quietly, “but is that invitation open?” I chuckled, “I’ll leave the answer to that to the pianist. Her opinion may have changed.” Milena sighed, “How the hell did a twenty-year...

Good Medicine Junior YearChapter 31 One Day At A Time

September 30, 1983, McKinley, Ohio Since the invention of the kiss, there have been five kisses rated the most passionate, the most pure. This one left them all behind. Well, perhaps that was a bit of an exaggeration, but compared to other first kisses, this one was certainly memorable — a soft touching of lips, a light hug with Kimiko’s small, silk-covered breasts brushing lightly against me, and her hand lightly on my back. Kimiko broke the kiss, looked me in the eyes, and whispered,...

Good Medicine Junior YearChapter 47 Racial Purity

December 1, 1983, McKinley, Ohio “You really object to Emmy and Clark being together because they’re from different races?!” I asked, completely taken aback. “I’m sorry,” Kimiko replied meekly. “I was trying to describe how Japanese felt about mixed-race children, especially those of black American soldiers and Japanese women. But it’s really any mixed-race children or relationships, because they are not pure Japanese.” “So if you and I were to marry, and have kids who were half-Japanese,...

Good Medicine Junior YearChapter 17 Found Out

August 7, 1983, McKinley, Ohio The phone in my room rang late Sunday afternoon while Milena and I were relaxing and listening to music. “Hi, Mikey!” “Hi, Liz! What’s up?” “Guess whose parents came home WAY earlier than expected? Three guesses, and the first two don’t count!” “«Говно». Maggie’s.” “Right the first time.” “And?” “Grounded for two centuries, I think.” “Wonderful,” I sighed. “It’s worse, Mikey.” “How could it be worse?” “Her dad found the books you gave her and the...

Good Medicine Junior YearChapter 61 Make Love To Me Please

January 7, 1984, McKinley, Ohio “Thanks for the lift, White Boy!” Clark said as we got out of my Mustang. “Somebody had to drag your lazy black ass the last fifty miles, and I have sympathy for the mentally challenged,” I deadpanned. “Hey, Cracker, are you saying I’m dumb because I’m black?” “Not at all! You being dumb has absolutely nothing to do with the color of your skin!” “Fuck you, Honky!” “I love you too!” I grinned. We both laughed, shook hands, and with Clarissa following...

Good Medicine Junior YearChapter 9 Rules Infraction

June 25, 1983, McKinley, Ohio I awoke to someone pounding on my door and calling my name. A quick glance at the clock showed it was 2:50am. I quickly got out of bed, pulled on shorts and a t-shirt and went to the door. I opened it to see a girl in a robe. “What’s up?” “Cecilia said to come get you. One of the girls is really sick!” “Did someone call for an ambulance?” I asked. “I don’t know.” “Call right now. Use my phone. Where are they?” “243!” I hurried down the hall into the...

Good Medicine Junior YearChapter 50 Another End To A Semester

December 16, 1983, McKinley, Ohio Exams had gone well, and Clarissa, Sandy, and I didn’t have a Friday exam because of our work in the lab only had an evaluation, which we’d each received earlier in the week. We’d all received excellent reviews, which meant an A for the course for each of us. Our stats exam had actually been a breeze, as had the biochemistry exam. The psychology exam was moderately tough, but I was sure I’d achieved at least a B, which meant I would have an A for the course....

Suddenly Rich KidChapter 3 TripleP

Daniel Berusov dropped on his bed with a groan. The games played here at Triple-P – Peter Parker Preparatory – were alien to him. Who the hell would play Lacrosse? Soccer was more to his liking, but being tall and slender he was not ideally built for that sport. Basketball was not bad, but the way Danny had learned the game — in a neighborhood court ruled by the bros — was not like Mr. Jeremies, the gym teacher, thought it should be played. The only good thing was that once he’d become a...

Triple Helix

TRIPLE HELIX BY JENNIFER N. RICHARDS Sitting by the side of my bed, I begin to write this, which is the story of my life that came to be a year and a half ago. My journey has been long and hard, but in the end, I lie here amazed at what life has given me. It is my intention with these writings not only to let you know, my readers, what has become of me, but to remind myself of who I used to be and how better my life is today. Who was I? I was a happy (or so I thought)...

The Triple Orgasm

I’m here to tell you that the triple orgasm is more than just the stuff of myth and legend. My husband and I have experienced a dozen of them over our nearly three years together. And I feel confident that many more triple orgasms are in our future. For those who don’t know, a triple orgasm is when the woman’s clit and her G-spot, and the man’s cock, are all in a state of orgasm at the exact same moment. It is very rare, very precious, and not easy to achieve. But we are living proof that it can...

The Thriller B's Triple Bitch Dare ( a sort of triple-dog dare ) Elizabeth Owen, Bette to her friends, had been the youngest of three Triple Dog Dare Daredevils at her high school. She was 15 years old when the trio started pulling dares and pranks. The other two, Beverley Evers and Barbara Lane, were a year or so older. Barb lived in the house just behind Bette's and Bev lived just a few blocks away. Ever since tenth grade, the three girls had become best buds and for years they giggled at...

A Month Of Triple Penetration Mom sat us both down and said, “Okay, here’s the deal. Your sister is almost fourteen and still a virgin. So I what I need from you is to fuck her silly for a month and don’t play favorites, she has three holes, use them all. Is that clear?” I looked up at her in total shock, then I looked at my little sister who was also in total shock. I guess she thought you were trying to use me.” “I can see why she would think that,” I replied. “You and I don’t know each other except basically by sight and name, I sang to you, and you came to my room.” “If I were totally clueless about life, I could see it. Sex with the Triple A man

Couldn't get my car started this morning so I gave Triple A a call. They said they'd have someone out here in about an hour. I figured I'd go in side and kill some time. Hoped on here and started playing with my cock. I figured since I had an hour I could edge a few times and have some fun with it. Sure enough the first time I'm about to cum, I hold back, and right as I'm ready to start again I get a call saying that my guy was outside. Since it's starting to get hot out, I was only wearing gym...

MAGIC MEDICINE Christopher Halstead was at the end of his tether. He was only 50 years old but felt deep down in his soul that his useful life had come to an end. To understand why it is necessary to go back some twenty-five years. In 1992 Christopher married his childhood sweetheart Amy. He and Amy had grown up in adjacent houses; attended the same schools; and had had an unspoken 'understanding' from their teens. They only occasion they spent time apart was whilst they were at...

Good Medicine Junior YearChapter 4 A Good Reason

June 1, 1983, McKinley, Ohio Wednesday at the Quick Mart was very much like Tuesday, though there were no deliveries, so I had time to work through a number of items on Mr. Sokolov’s list. That kept me busy, and away from Nancy except for when it was time for her breaks. She apologized again and I replied as I had before, just telling her to take her break. Maybe I was being a jerk, but I was honestly quite upset with her, and really didn’t think there was much to talk about. When my shift...

Or from Mindy and Emmy?” “That kind of thinking is a...

Good Medicine Junior YearChapter 15 Zenos Paradox

July 23, 1983, McKinley, Ohio Just as I had when Nancy told me that her mom had put her on the Pill, I missed a shift due to being completely surprised by Maggie’s question. I recovered enough to find the correct gear, and willed my heart to stop beating rapidly. The silence was deafening, but I needed to think about how I could answer her question. I wasn’t sure I knew the answer, but saying that seemed lame in the extreme. Almost immediately, I realized that I really shouldn’t have been...

July 28, 1983, McKinley, Ohio On Thursday evening I was sitting in my room, practicing my guitar after having spoken with Tasha and confirmed our date for Sunday. Just after 9:00pm, there was a knock at the door. “It’s unlocked! Come in!” The door opened and Milena walked in, closing the door behind her. “Hey!” I replied. “What’s up?” “Got some time for me?” “Always. Let’s get our showers and meet Jocelyn. We need to get on the road by 6:30am so we can be in Philadelphia by 10:00am.” We both quickly showered and dressed, then we met Jocelyn in the hotel lobby. Good Medicine Junior YearChapter 12 Conflagration

July 5, 1983, McKinley, Ohio As I showered after karate, I wondered exactly what Angie had meant when she said that she’d changed, and what that meant for the future. Angie had told me that her counselor had advised against starting a relationship, so perhaps this was just Angie’s way of telling me that what Clarissa had suggested might be true — that Angie was playing the ‘long game’ and this was simply the next step. That made more sense than anything, but it also meant I needed to be...

April 8, 1984, McKinley, Ohio “Natalya Vasilyevna Antonova, please meet Larissa Sergeyevna Federova,” I said. I laughed as the two girls instantly switched to Russian and I had to focus to catch everything that was said. Clarissa smirked and rolled her eyes, and I just shrugged. The gist of the conversation was hometowns, parents, churches, majors, and to Tasha’s obvious shock, Lara’s age. “Perhaps we should switch to English so Sveta isn’t left out,” Tasha said in English. “Mike looked...

Good Medicine Junior YearChapter 21 Back to Class

August 28, 1983, McKinley, Ohio When I got up on Sunday morning, I showered and dressed, and then Kristin and I left my room and I found a note from Angie on the corkboard next to my door. It said she was getting a ride to church from the same woman who had picked her up the previous night and I shouldn’t wait for her. I shrugged, locked the door, and gave Kristin a quick kiss. She headed down the hall towards her room and I walked over to the elevators and pushed the ‘Down’ button. An...

In other words, you made me promise not to do it even if you changed your mind! And I made that promise!” “I can’t change my mind?” “You were very clear that I was responsible for you NOT doing that.” “But isn’t that up to me?” I nodded, “As an adult, in charge of her own decisions, it is. October 14, 1983, McKinley, Ohio “I’m worried about Angie,” I said as Clarissa, Melody, and I made our way back to the dorm from the Chancellor’s office. “I know you told the detective that you have no idea where she might be, but do you have ANY thoughts?” Melody asked. When we arrived at my house, we exchanged a perfunctory kiss. “Are you OK?” I asked. “Yes,” she replied. “I’ll see you tomorrow at church.” I got out of the Volvo and went into the house.
