The young man nervously approached the ticket booth at the Water Park
and waited his turn in line. He wasn't the normal male patron of Bikini
Beach. Others who had sought admittance would usually stare hungrily

This man was...different.
He looked at the women but with a different look in his eyes, one of

"Yes, a lifetime pass, please." The man eagerly pulled his wallet out of
his back pocket and handed her a credit card. She processed the charge
and handed him the receipt. He signed the slip with shaking hands and
she pointed him toward the men's locker room.
"You'll need to shower, of course, and then I'll meet you on the other
side." She smiled at the young man and he disappeared into the men's
locker room.
He stripped off his jeans and polo shirt. He stood naked beneath the
showerhead and glanced down at his male body for what he hoped was
the last time. He turned on the water and it immediately came out warm.
The water made his skin tingle and sent shivers running through his
muscles. He kept his eyes open as he watched the magic of the

but she was now DD. She smiled at the completeness of it all and put her
wallet away.
She had no trouble applying a light coat of makeup, all she really needed
to be stunning. Smiling at her new image, she walked out of the room
and saw the old woman once more at the ticket booth. She walked over
to speak to her. Before she reached the booth a group came out of the
women's locker room.
First came three blonde haired girls who looked to be about 12 to 16
years old. They were obviously sisters and they were in very high spirits.
They had sweet, high voices and were laughing about something one of
them had said. They were all quite pretty and would grow up to be heart
breakers, DD was sure. A woman with dark, shoulder length hair
followed them. She wore shorts and a pink T-shirt. She looked less than
happy, uncomfortable even. The girls called her Aunt Jackie. The last
person was a woman with short blonde hair that matched the color of the
girls. She was wearing a casual dress and was nicely made up whereas
the other woman wore no makeup. This blonde woman reached the ticket
booth first and spoke to the old woman.
"Well, today is the last day of our three month family pass. It's time to
make that decision. The girls have never been more popular. Their last
three concerts were sellouts and I don't want to even think about the last
couple of concerts before we discovered Bikini Beach. CD sales are up,
and even with the shift in demographics we're doing fantastic across the
board. The last album outsold Brittany Spears AND Jewel in the 13 to
18 years old males category. I've decided, we want the lifetime passes."
"Okay Marge, excellent, now will that be three lifetime passes for the
girls or a family pack, the difference in price between three lifetime
passes and a family pack is only $10.00. It'll save a lot of money when
you bring the girls back for swimming. Otherwise you'll have to buy day
passes for yourselves, each time you bring them."
Marge looked at the dark haired woman waiting with the three girls. She
had a thoughtful look on her face. She stood there for a minute then
obviously made a decision, when she did, she smiled and nodded at the
old woman.
"Give me the family pack, she'll just have to get used to it, the girls did.
She's been hinting about another child, I'll find a sperm donor and let her
carry the child herself if she wants one that bad," she said.
The old woman smiled, she had never doubted the outcome, DD felt
certain. She got a funny feeling in the pit of her stomach and wondered if
the former man would get used to it? It wasn't her concern though; the
former man's wife clearly wore the pants in the family.
"Okay, I have all your information already, I just need a credit card or
check for the full amount and it'll be final. You understand all lifetime
passes are irrevocable?" the old woman said.
"Yes, I'll deal with 'Aunt Jackie', not to worry. She's not as unhappy
about it as she seems. She's had a couple of dates with roadies so she not
the prude she lets on she is. Thank you for all your help, well see you
next week," Marge said as she left, waving back to the old woman.
"Bye for now Mrs. Hanson, I loved the girls last single by the way, they
really put a new spin on that song, "I Feel Like a Woman", Shania Twain
has nothing on them."
DD stepped up to the ticket booth. From the parking lot she could hear
Marge tell Aunt Jackie to 'just be quiet and get over it.'
"Thank you for helping me. I can't tell you how much this means. Ever
since my former boyfriend used that damn Medallion to steal my body
and life I've been so depressed, the last three months has been hell. I'm
even looking forward to my period, it means I can be a mother, I WILL
have a period, won't I?" DD asked with concern in her voice.
"Oh yes dear, everything is just as it should be." The old woman said.
"I wish there were someway to get back at my former boyfriend, I don't
even know where he is now. I'll settle for being a woman again. I'll just
try to pick my lovers more carefully from now on," DD said.
"I've found that what goes around, comes around. Just be patient, he,
well, 'she' will not get away with it forever. I'm happy for you dear, have
a good life and remember, you're a lifetime member, you always get in
for free, so don't be a stranger," the old woman said.
DD left and went home to her new and happier life. Three years later she
was on her honeymoon in Hong Kong when she saw her former body.
She walked up and tapped her on the shoulder. The woman turned
around and looked at DD blankly for a moment.
"Do I know you?" she asked.
"You used to, when my name was Dan, how have you been Elaine? I
hope you enjoyed my life that you stole from me. What are you doing in
Japan?" DD said.
Just then a Japanese man came up and grabbed Elaine roughly by the
arm and began dragging her off. Afraid that Elaine was being kidnapped,
DD yelled for a police officer. One ran up right away and took charge of
the situation. He spoke to the man in Japanese for several minutes and
then to Elaine who also spoke in Japanese. The police officer bowed to
the man. Elaine and the man walked off, the man still holding on to her
arm.
"He's leaving with her, why didn't you stop them?" DD asked, he new
husband, Kevin, had come back from the restroom by then and he stood
next to her.
"She is his employee, she was supposed to be back to the club she works
in an hour ago and he was upset with her tardiness. The woman told me
she was not being forced to go, she said she was wrong for being late."
The police officer said. His English was almost perfect with a touch of a
British accent.
"Where is this club? I want to talk to the woman, I used to know her very
well." DD was curious about what Elaine was doing working in Japan,
she had a good job as a stockbroker when Dan had stolen her body and
life three and a half years ago.
The police officer gave them the address of the club and they went there.
It was a strip club and had pictures of nearly nude women plastered all
over the front of the building. Prominent among the photos was Elaine's.
Her almost naked picture was shown more than life size to the entire
street. Overriding Kevin's concerns, DD insisted they go inside. She
explained to Kevin the girl used to be her roommate and she was
concerned about her.
DD and Kevin sat through some very explicit shows until Elaine came
on. She was apparently the headliner. Her 'dance' was the closest thing to
live sex on a stage DD had ever seen. Elaine's mouth was smiling but her
eyes were not. When the show was over, Elaine came out to sit with the
patrons as the other performers did. DD saw several of the girls lead men
to a staircase that led to the second floor and a row of doors that she
assumed opened into bedrooms. Elaine did the same shortly after she
came out from backstage. At her urging, Kevin had one of the bartenders
take a message for Elaine asking her to call DD at the hotel so they could
talk privately. DD and Kevin then left.
Elaine didn't call until the last day of their stay in Hong Kong. She asked
how DD became a woman again and she told her. Elaine then explained
what had happened to her in the ensuing three and a half years since she
had used the Medallion to steal the real Elaine's life.
The new Elaine wasn't as knowledgeable of the laws concerning insider
information. As a result, she was caught, convicted and sentenced to
probation for her part in a stock manipulation scheme just a few months
after she became Elaine. She was fined 125% of the money the scheme
earned her and she lost her broker's license for life.
Broke and jobless, Elaine was approached by one of her co-defendants.
He said he could get her a stockbroker's license in Japan on the Nikkei,
the Japanese version of the New York Stock Exchange. She had helped
him and his friends, who hadn't gotten caught, make a lot of money and
they wanted to help her out. She would have to live in Japan for
six months before she could get her license though. He offered her a
plane ticket and a job if she wanted it. Elaine accepted the offer and
came to Japan.
When she arrived, she found that she was going to be working in a bar
serving drinks and that half her pay went to repaying her plane ticket and
for her room and board. She put up with it for the first six months then
she asked about her broker's license. She was told there were delays and
complications and finally after two years she stopped asking. She
had been dancing for about a year now. She admitted to being miserable
but there was nothing she could do about it. Her salary as a waitress had
not even paid the interest on her plane ticket and she was still paying that
off. She couldn't return to the U.S. because she was a fugitive from
justice. If she went back, she would be arrested and go to prison.
Elaine was in tears, she told DD she was sorry for all she had done and
asked her forgiveness.
"I forgive you Elaine, I wish I could help you but you seem to have dug
yourself a deep hole. I could loan you the money to fly back to the
States, wouldn't prison be better than having to sell your body every
night?"
Elaine laughed, "That's the funny thing, that's the only part about my life
that I like. I can't stand the thought of not being able to have sex with
men for several years. That's why I don't leave. Goodbye DD, thank you
for forgiving me, it means a lot."
"Wait, Elaine, what happened to the Medallion? Why didn't you change
into someone else after you got caught?"
"I put it in a safety deposit box for safe keeping along with several
hundred thousand dollars in cash. When I was arrested, they seized
everything I owned and it was sold at auction, I have no idea who bought
it."
Elaine hung up and DD smiled to herself as she put the phone down. The
old woman was right, what goes around does come around.
