Gender Test:
After 20 years of marriage things were getting mundane. Mylene and I were
becoming frustrated and bored of the humdrum of daily existence. It was true
that we had nearly paid off the mortgage but we had had to give up those
stary eyed dreams of youth rather like we felt we had to give up on new
labour. As young people we had honestly believed that "Things Can Only Get
Better" but as we watched fiasco after fiasco on the news we had become
cynical. We were growing old. We were both looking to change things.
Mylene was the bookworm. I was an accountant.
She was fed up with my macho approach to housework as she had told me
before. In this case I really am sure had told me a hundred times, unlike
most times when you hear this nagging clich? used. I would tell her she was
like a dripping tap with her nagging. She would slam the door and storm off.
I told myself that I was the hunter gatherer and she was the housewife, even
though with her novel writing she was now starting to bring home not only
more money than me but enough for us both to live quite comfortably.
"If you're such a man take the Internet Gender Test."
"What?" I said.
"There was a story in the papers today about a man who took a woman down to
the butchers and had her wearing a leash. I propose that you take the test.
If you are 50 per cent male I will let you dress me like the woman in the
papers and be your slave for the weekend. If you are less than 50 per cent
male you will be my slave for the weekend. Is that a deal?"
Easy I thought. How could I fail the test. Every man must be at least 50 per
cent male!
I filled out the questions and got to the last page where it said that it
would tell me my gender. I told Mylene to come with her leash ready. She did
as she was told. So far so good I thought. We haven't even got to the answer
and she knows what she's going to be doing this weekend.
WHAT!?!
I could not believe my eyes. The test not only did not show me as being 50
per cent male it said I was 80 per cent female!
As I stared at the screen in disbelief the leash was put round my neck and
before I knew what was happening she had handcuffed me and was cutting off
my clothes with a pair of scissors. I wouldn't have minded if this had not
been the only suit I had for work. The other was at the dry cleaners.
"What do you think you're doing I said?"
"You are my slave, you will only speak when you are spoken to," she said.
In no time she had me naked. She brought out a cream from a tube and applied
it to my chest, arms and legs and back and told me to go up and run a bath
for her and wait there. It was rather smelly.
I waited for 10 minutes.
"Now, slave get in the bath."
I didn't understand. I thought the bath was for her. I was pleased to have
the bath as I wanted to get the cream off me. I was rather surprised however
when all the hair came off my chest, arms and legs. I assumed it must also
have come off my back.
On getting out of the bath I said to her, "Listen here Mylene, enough is
enough. Not only have you ruined my suit, but how am I surposed to explain
what you have done to the hair on my body."
"A slave only speaks when spoken to..." she said hesitantly. She seemed to
be doubting what she was doing to me. "Look I'll make it worth your while,"
she said and sprayed me with her perfume.
"Why did you do that?" I asked.
She showed me the tube she had applied to me earlier. It said "VEET
Epilatory cream".
"I prefer to use this than waxing or shaving she said but it smells awful.
You have never noticed the smell over my perfume though."
Fair enough I thought. She put on a deep red lipstick and we kissed.
She led me by the leash into the bedroom. We both climaxed at the same time.
As I lay down beside her she reached under her pillow and pulled out some
soft lacy material and stuck it over my nose and mouth. I smelt chloroform
and then all went black.
When I awoke I was surprised at how heavy my chest felt. I looked down. I
was wearing a black bra under a pink slip. My head hit the pillow. She had
dressed me in her clothes. I slid over to the side of the bed and stood up a
little to quickly. I overbalanced and fellow over in front of the door to
the bedroom as Mylene came through the door with her camera and took a
picture of me.
"This is the first and last time you ever dress me in your clothes," I said.
"My clothes?" she said.
"You heard me," I said. I looked down and saw she had padlocked stiletto
shoes onto my feet and I was wearing fishnets.
While I was looking at my attire Mylene went over to my wardrobe and opened
the door. There was a mirror on the inside of the door. She opened it and I
looked in disbelief at the French maids outfits, cheerleaders outfits,
nurses uniforms and dresses that filled it.
At the same time I also noticed that I was wearing a long orange wig so I
looked just like her. Not only that but she had plucked my eyebrows and
pencilled on eyebrows and applied foundation, eyeliner, mascara and
lipstick.
I looked down to see she had also manicured my nails and painted them.
"The test said that you were 80 per cent female. I have decided that I want
to sort out that other 20 per cent."
I was furious but also shocked and confused so I said nothing. Whoah...
Where had that come from? A little tent appeared in the slip and I had to
admit that despite a sense that there was something fundamentally wrong with
Mylene's brain not to mention what she had done to me I was also quite
excited by it. My legs were tingling under the fishnets and I did like the
feel of all the silk and discovering how to walk in 6 inch heels would be
different.
"I have taken the rest of your clothes down to the dump and notified your
boss that you are handing in your notice with immediate effect as you are
owed 3 months holiday in any event. Your boss was disappointed but said he
understood your decision. You had said you were bored to some of your
colleagues and word had got back to him."
"How will we live?" I said knowing before I had finished the question that
she would reply that she earned enough for both of us which she did before
saying, "Put on your maid's outfit and come downstairs."
What was I doing? My "maid's outfit"? A previously straight guy dressing up
as a French maid! How would I explain this to my friends?
"Now be a dear and chuck that bag of rubbish in the incinerator." We used
our rubbish to help keep the cost of heating the house down. I did as I was
told but was surprised as the bag ripped just before going in revealing my
clothes.
Mylene called out to say that she had made me breakfast and wanted to watch
a film with me after breakfast.
The film showed me getting dressed and throwing away my clothes to the tune
of "What it feels like for a girl" by Madonna.
I was lost and confused. I was no longer the hunter gatherer. I had been
replaced in this position by my wife. She had been empowered and would no
doubt write about this to her feminist friends.
There are people that are afraid to be lost and people who are excited by
it. I was the latter...
I have to go Mylene has told me she wants to teach me to be a good
cheerleader and I am going to start by learning "Hollaback Girl". It will be
strange to listen to that song dressed like that and holding pompoms.
