Her mum had even brought up all her consoles, which she promptly set up. As she was setting up the consoles, she noticed a pair of large curtains. She slowly approached them, slipped through them and looked around. The headboard of her double bed was against the wall, with her bedside table next to it. She walked over to a pair of cupboard doors that lead to a walk-in wardrobe. All her clothes had been hung up and her shoes were all on the rack. She Hung her bag on the door and laughed. "this is amazing" she muttered.
Her mum wandered in as she was setting up her Nintendo switch. "see you've found your consoles?" her mum exclaimed, laughing. "thanks for this mum" she said, throwing her arms around her mum. "you always said you wanted a curtained-off bedroom, so I did it" "it's great, but why?" Abbie asked. Her parents had never discussed it with her, so why did they take time out of their day to do this for her? "well, we just thought you would want somewhere bigger to hang out, so we renovated the attic and made it your own little living space" her mum explained, smiling. "it's great, thank you" Abbie said, smiling. "right, I've gotta go to work, so I'll see you later on tonight" her mum announced, closing the door behind her. Abbie looked around and smiled. "I have this place to myself, what do I do first?" she asked herself.
