I was feeling pretty good about my life. I was going to get married to
the most awesome person in the world. I was just about done with
college, so a new job was in the cards also. I was pretty much the king
of the world, until my wife to be came home one day all down in the
dumps. I could tell she had been crying.
"What's up babe?" I asked her.
She said, "My best friend in the whole wide world is going to get
deported. His visa will expire soon and he can't renew it unless he
gets married. He is so desperate he will pay $100,000 to any girl that
will marry him and divorce him later just so he can stay in the
country."
"I wish there was something we could do to help him." I told her.
"Me too." she Said. "I even thought of marring him myself and divorcing
him just for the money, but I can't do that cause it will mess up our
wedding plans. You see the whole process takes about three months, and
our wedding is only two months away."
"I wish there was something I can do for him. Shit for $100,000 I would
marry him." I said as a joke.
Candie laughed and said, "That would be too funny, but you are all mine
and I will not share you with anyone."
Well weeks past and the situation with her friend Carlos wasn't going
away. I could tell it was making Candie crazy. She had been friends
with him for at least 20 years. I was never threatened cause he is gay.
He is more like a girlfriend that anything.
One night she invited Carlos over for dinner. It wasn't until desert
that I found out they were up to something. Candie started by telling
me a mixed up plan her and Carlos whipped up. She asked me if I was
serious about marrying Carlos. She told me that Carlos knew a guy that
could Change my name and get me a fake social security number so that I
could marry Carlos and divorce him later. She told me I could use her
wedding dress and all I had to do was go through a small ceremony.
Afterwards I would have to meet with a guy from immigration then I
could divorce Carlos. She told me if I decided to do this it wouldn't
mess up out plans cause Dan the man wasn't married, only Danielle the
woman was married and she would be with Carlos and I would be with her.
It was kind of confusing, but I would be Carlos' wife by name only.
Leaving me free to marry Candie as a man with my real name and my real
social security number. Candie also told me, if I did this for her and
Carlos he would pay me twice as much than he said before.
When Candie told me this I was floored. I told her there was no way I
was dressing up like a bride for anyone. I told her there had to be a
different way to get through the red tape. Candie told me there was
another way around this. She said if I didn't do this she was going to
marry Carlos so he could stay in the country. She told me that we would
have to reschedule our wedding for about a year until she was able to
divorce Carlos. I told her I had to think about it and I would let her
know.
I had a really big decision. I really didn't want to put off our
wedding. I loved Candie and I wanted to marry her right now. On the
other hand I really didn't want to pretend to be a girl and marry a man
just for money. Oh yeah the money. It was so much money. We could start
our life out right with that kind of money. How hard can it be? I would
marry Carlos and divorce him in a month and it wouldn't jeopardize my
wedding with Candie. I knew I had to do it.
I called Candie in the morning and told her I would marry Carlos. She
was so happy she cried. I knew I had made the right decision. Candie
told me Carlos and I would be getting married this weekend. I was to
report and Candie's house Friday night so we could start getting ready
for the ceremony on Saturday. I told her I would see her Friday.
When Friday finally rolled around I started to get cold feet. I told
Candie I was scared about being found out. She told me every bride gets
cold feet. That made me feel a little better. She also said if after
she had me completely dressed, if I wasn't convinced I would make a
realistic girl she would call the whole thing off. That made me feel a
bunch better.
The first thing I had to do was Shave all my body hair off. I was lucky
that I wasn't very hairy to begin with. Next Candie told me to put on
the shoes that go with her wedding dress. She told me I needed practice
walking in heels if I was to be ready for Saturday. I was a little
shaky at first, but after a while I was walking like I had been in
heels all my life. Next came my nails She told me she needed to do my
nails tonight cause there wouldn't be time to do them in the morning.
It took almost two hours to do my nails. Candie glued fake nails on
each hand and painted them. When she was done it was really hard for me
to adjust having long fingernails. She also told me not to do anything
to damage them, so I had the night off from doing any chores.
Next came the part I was dreading, the dress. Candie told me I needed
to try the dress on to make sure it was going to fit. First she handed
me a pair of panties and a pair on pantyhose. I had a hell of a time
putting on the hose with my long fingernails. I finally got them on
when Candie came into the room. She then helped me with the corset. She
said I had to wear one to give me a more girly shape. When I had it on
Candie began to pull on the strings until it cinched down to almost
nothing. I told Candie it was hard for me to breath. She just laughed.
Then the dress was lifted over my head and buttoned up. It took forever
to get all those buttons buttoned. When she was done with the dress I
got to look in the mirror for the first time. I was shocked. I looked
like a woman. I had the perfect figure. I was almost sorry that I
looked so good. It looked as though I was going to have to go through
with this silly plan.
After Candie got me into the dress we had to do my hair and make-up
next. She used a long brown wig. She used a type of glue that made it
stick to my head. I was worried that it wouldn't come off. Candie told
me that's what she wanted. She didn't want it to come off by accident
with my veil. I took almost two hours to get my hair and make-up done.
When I was completely dressed from head to toe I was not a man anymore,
I was all woman. I looked like my mom in her wedding pictures. It felt
really weird cause I began to think of myself as a woman. It really
scared me, but Candie said this was a good thing. The more I stay in
character the better off we will be in the long run. I began to think
like a woman, walk like a woman, and talk like one too. I had to learn
to sit like a woman too. By the time I was done with all my lessons it
was nearly 4:00 in the morning. Candie was really worried now. She told
me it took way too long to get me ready. She said that we didn't have
time for me to get undressed and dressed again before the wedding, so I
would have to stay dressed until then. I really didn't mind cause it
started to feel really nice being a bride. I felt beautiful. In a way I
didn't want it to end.
At 7:00 Saturday morning Carlos came over. Candie joked with him and
said it was bad luck to see his bride before the wedding. He told us
that he had my new name and social security number, and that everything
was ready to go. My new name was Tiffany Smith. I was born on October
16, 1970. I was born in Sydney Nebraska. These were all very important
facts I had to remember if we were to get away with this.
Well it was finally time to go to the church. There were more people
there than I wanted to see. There was also the guy there from
immigration. He wanted to make sure this wasn't some type of scam. It
was now time to walk down the isle. There was no turning back now. I
was Tiffany Smith and I was on my way down the isle to marry my man
Carlos. The ceremony went rather well. It wasn't till the very last
minute when it hit me; I had to kiss Carlos at the end. I was hopping
that a handshake would do, but I wasn't so lucky. When it came time
Carlos lifted my veil and we kissed. It was a long and sweet kiss. I
felt as though I was going to pass out. My head started spinning. It
finally hit me, I was a married woman.
When the ceremony was over we went to a small restaurant for a
reception. It was at the reception when the guy from immigration came
up to congratulate us. He said he wished us well and he looked forward
to seeing us at out home in a week for an interview, to make sure that
this wedding wasn't a fake. My heart almost stopped. I didn't want to
dress up again. I didn't want to be alone with Carlos while being
dressed. It was just too much to handle. I just wanted to go home and
be a man again. When it was finally over Carlos and I got into a limo
and we rode back to Candie's house. I started to cry in the car. I told
Carols that I had made a mistake by doing this. He lifted my head and
looked into my eyes and kissed me. He told me I was beautiful. I Felt
really confused after that, and in a way I wanted to kiss him back. I
looked at Carlos and I realized for the first time how handsome he was.
It was at that time I fell in love with Carlos. I told him I wanted to
stay married to him and I would do whatever it takes to make him happy.
He said he would like that a lot. The only problem was telling Candie.
When we got back to Candie's house she was there waiting for us. When
we walked in I burst into tears. I told her I loved Carlos and wanted
to stay married to him. She told me she had a feeling. She said she saw
it in the kiss at the church. She cried and said it was going to be
hard to get over me. She really wanted to marry me. She said it was her
own fault making me do this and all. I knew it would take time, but I
knew it would work out after all.
It is weird how life works sometimes. I thought I knew what wanted in
life. It has been a year since we got married. Carlos and I are in the
process of adoption a baby. I plan to change my sex. I want to be a
woman, and I want to be married to Carlos. I love him so much. He said
that marring me was the best thing he could have ever done. We are so
happy. As for Candie she moved away. She married a good man. She said
it was too hard living so close to two people she loved. I feel sorry
for her. I really loved her. I am not sorry how this situation turned
out.
I am the happiest girl ever. I owe it all to my girlfriend Candie. She
made me realize it was meant to be this way. Thank You Candie, wherever
you are.
