The interrogations had broken up for lunch.
Lee had told the Captain, Sean, Gary, Philip and Essco to be as evasive as possible and to say to any questions, they didn’t wish to answer, “That it was in the log.” They had agreed.
All four men weren’t happy with the questions. They were sure the visitors weren’t any happier with their answers. Essco had just come back from his interview when he had found Lee with Zan.
Zan thought at Lee, ‘Lee, it’s Zan here, can we come and talk to you?’
‘Bring them to my room the wizard’s way,’ she thought back to him and sent him a picture of the hall. Zan grinned. Oh yeah, the lady definitely had a plan.
He hugged Dye and William to him and thought about where Lee said to come to. The appeared in the hall, and the door opened to them, letting them in. Sean, Lee, Kyle, Tony, Debora, Philip, Nicko, Ulani, Gary, Allan, Haf, Bentley and the Captain were already there.
Lee came up to the three and hugged them all. To William’s surprise, she even kissed his cheek. “Congratulations on your upcoming nuptials guys,” she said. “Come join the war party.”
Lee offered them coffee and Zan and Dye got on the bed behind Essco after Dye hugged her dad. The room was full, with so many people in it. The other girls were sitting on their partner’s laps.
Lee was pacing up and down the small space left. Everyone else drank the coffee and waited. General Lee was in war mode. Sean smiled at her then at Tony and Kyle. They grinned back. They loved watching Lee in action.
No one in the room doubted for an instant that they wouldn’t do exactly as she asked, no matter how weird. Even Zan and Allan could fell the total faith in her the others had.
Lee stopped and looked at her troops. She knew she couldn’t let these people down. She just had to hope her plan worked.
“As most of you have probably guessed they plan to take us all back to Earth. Some of us they plan to prosecute with charges of dereliction of duty, endangering others, causing death and whatever else they can come up with,” she said.
“However, they have to get us back to Earth first. I believe they plan to take over this ship and send the soldiers to collect our people. I’m not sure what they want to do about Utopia, probably try to set up some trade negotiations and goodwill crap.”
“They will, however, try to claim Harmony as their own. We need to convince them that these plans are a bad idea. I, for one, will not be going back to Earth on their terms.”
Lee cast her eyes over the group. “They have bought lawyers to try to make out that they have the right to dictate to us. I know we all signed onto this ship under specific contracts, but I have reviewed those contracts.”
She paced a little more and then stopped and looked at everyone again. “I’m not a lawyer, but I have also had Bentley, Ulani and Haf look at the contracts. For the scientists, it’s easy. They need to simply hand a signed resignation to the Duke.”
“For the ship’s crew, it’s a little harder. We are supposed to sign our resignation and work out a week. Even if we sign them today, we still have to do what they want for seven days.”
The Captain interrupted, “I’m happy to accept backdated resignations Lee, and I’m quite sure Kyle could ensure they went into the system on the correct dates. They do not have access to our systems, thanks to Kyle.”
“Even though they have been trying to get in. Apparently, they don’t understand Wizard.” He grinned, “They couldn’t prove that the resignations hadn’t been in there the whole time.”
“Way to go, dude,” Kyle said to him. Everyone grinned at the Captain and agreed with Kyle.
Lee thought about this. “So why did we resign Captain?” she asked, playing devil’s advocate.
The Captain thought for a moment and grinned, “Well for the crew on Utopia this is easy. They resigned because they didn’t wish to come to Harmony. I also think you will find that not many of them plan to go back.”
Lee nodded. That was very believable, mostly because they weren’t here. “What about the rest of us?” she asked him.
Kyle answered, “Because we wanted to come here and get it set up for the company. But then decided we would stay. That’s why you sent the probe three weeks ago. I wonder how the resignations of everyone, including the Captain, got on that probe?”
Everyone looked at Kyle and Lee. They were wondering what the hell he was going on about. Lee grinned, “Little smart arse, how do you know I sent a probe, and what was on it?”
Kyle tapped his nose.
Ulani said horrified, “Oh God, Lee. You could get into so much trouble for falsifying signatures.”
Indignantly Lee said, “I did no such thing. You all signed the forms; I just hadn’t sent them. Actually, you all signed them about twelve weeks ago.”
Everyone looked at each other. What happened twelve weeks ago? Suddenly Dye laughed, “Yes, I even remembering filing them. Unreal, how could I forget.” She laughed even harder and grinned at her father, who smiled back.
Allan and Zan had no idea what the fuck they were talking about.
Lee grinned at everyone. Some were still mystified, but then Ulani said, “I was wondering why there were all those printed forms to start the accounts. Oh, my goodness. For once I didn’t even read them, they just looked like typical bank jargon. What else did I sign Lee?”
“Hmm, you agreed to be a shareholder of Futura Holdings and that if you changed your mind and went back to Earth to live you would accept payment in gold for them. It was just that, and the resignation, wasn’t it Dye?”
Dye nodded in agreement and said, “Yes, they were the two forms you added. The others were just bank jargon about privacy and who could access your accounts and personal liability of debts. I believe these are common in your world, as well.”
The Captain looked at Lee for clarification, “You have all of these documents on file and a copy winging its way to Earth?”
Lee nodded and answered, “Yep, they are all scanned in and on a digital file. There are triplicates on paper in two locations and one on the probe. The B&C office is very efficient.”
“If anyone wishes to change their mind, they will need to sort it out with the company. I got you all sacked,” she grinned at the stunned crew.
Everyone was more than happy with her explanation and no one present intended to complain. None of them wanted to go back, and they already had jobs and new lives here that they were happy to continue with.
Essco was still worried. He had decided that he needed to fess up. He didn’t want to give up his new life here, and against his typical nature, he felt it was the right thing to do. As much as he hated admitting that he was a bloody moron, he just knew he had too.
It had been a busy week getting prepared for the Fortune’s second return. Esky had gotten the trip down to two weeks in flight, and they had decided on only one week in a dock on each leg. So, they had a six-week turnaround. Their new Employment agency on Earth had already picked and notified the next group. Now that Lee and Co could order the supplies they wanted to be delivered to the Moon, the ship didn’t have to wait at the space station for the orders to be filled. Justin and Lee had...
Chapter 6 - A Death in the Family Three months later "Kristina, hey it's Saoirse." "Hello Saoirse, how are you?" "Fine, I guess... Do you have time to talk?" "Sure, what's up?" Kristina asked, sitting up in her chair, her antennae up and alert. "It's my dad. He died of a heart attack at the mill today. Just dropped dead there in front of all his coworkers." "Oh my god, Saoirse! I... I'm so sorry!" "Holy hell that fucker Minos! How could he be so stupid? We...
We had arrived. One hundred and sixty very excited women and twenty kids disembarked the Fortune. We had docked up to one of the naval ships that patrolled Delta space. They were the guys that my younger brother Rick, wanted to join, the Delta Space Police Force or DSPF. We women ranged in age from eighteen to thirty-four years. We were all different shapes, heights, races and religions. The two things we had in common were that we were female and single. About fifteen of the women had kids...
Nash decided it was time to make his move. They were a day short of docking with the Armstrong SS, that orbited the moon when Nash informed the Captain that the ship would be put in the dry-docks. This was so the scientists and engineers could go over the boat to make sure it was still in working order. Nick understood this actually meant it was so they could work out what the hell Lee had done to the ship. Nash then informed him that he and the crew would all be detained. They would then...
Other members of the crew also had lovely holidays. Lady Mary Nash took the other two Lieutenants’ home with her. She had been having fun screwing them both on alternate nights on the ships. Nads and Ace had a lovely time with Mary. Both were surprised to find she was only a couple of years older than they were. The boys did have quick visits with their families but otherwise stayed with Mary. They were fine with them both fucking Mary together but a bit more hesitant about getting...
It was a hectic three weeks for the crew of the Fortune. Tahoora and Esky were back on board for the last week as was Nick and Sung. They were busily getting the cargo on board and Esky was getting the rundown on what was involved in running this ship. In between, they were interviewing the new crewmembers. Unbeknown to the potential employee’s Lee, Sean, Tony or Kyle sat in on all their interviews. They had even vetted the applications before they even got that far. They had thousands of...
Sean had gotten inventive. First, he made a heap of moulds from clay in all sorts of Christmassy shapes. He had set up a small furnace and melted Oznglass in it, which he then coloured and poured into the shapes. He repeated this several times, so he had the shapes in about eight different colours. He then drilled into each shape and inserted small crystal shards. He picked the best crystals for this. He commandeered the cleaning staff at the retreat to help him. He had four willing Pix...
Hello, people, this is my first post over here. I have been an avid reader on this site. So I thought of sharing my stories with a dash of my fantasy with you all. I have taken the title of the story from a movie named by the same. And maybe my further stories too would be titled like this only, inspired by a movie title. So with no further delay lemme start off with my indulgence of experience. P.S Have patience with story plot because I will be very descriptive. As I don’t like...
Prologue 11 years earlier... Stanislav calmly placed the documents into his shoulder bag, closed his laptop and put it in the bag next to the file folders. His exit, escape really, would be casual and unremarkable. He would simply walk out the door and disappear. The feat was anything but simple in reality, but he was certain it would leave his partners sufficiently perplexed. As the youngest member of the Delta Sodality, just past his thirty-first birthday, he was amazed at...
Chapter 4 - Loose Ends "What is the status" said the mildly eastern European voice on the other end of the encrypted satellite phone. The NSA was too good at intercepting all communications, so Kristina needed to be extra careful. "We were able to get the two subjects out of the lab. The...doctor," she paused not wanting to use names or pronouns just in case, "was becoming uncooperative. The medical team sedated, and we were able to extricate from building later that...
Chapter 5 - New Beginning After a full day in the lab with Dr. Juno the following Monday, Kristina sat down at her desk and pulled out the sat phone from its spot in the drawer. "Do you have what you need from Dr. Juno?" the voice asked. "Yes, I was able to reproduce the solution exactly today in the lab." "Very good." The connection went dead, and Kristina returned the phone to her desk drawer, aware that she had just sentenced the na?ve doctor to death. It was time to go h...
The darkness was cooler, and concealing. The bugs were worse, but then they were pretty bad most of the time. We could take our time in the darkness and move almost silently. The others, who had a lot to do and only a few hours before dawn to do it, lacked the luxury of time and planning. By dusk we’d be ready to move out. Then began the waiting. Preparedness was something we took for granted, in ourselves and each other. This man might spend a couple of minutes putting unnecessary touches to...
The Crews aboard the Firefly and the Dragonfly didn’t have a merry Christmas. Due to the hurriedness of their departure, both crews were seriously understaffed for an eleven-week round trip voyage. Their two-day trip to test-fly the ships had suddenly turned into a nightmare. The two ships were military ships designed to transport small elite troops. They had cabin space for seventy-two personal, twelve being crew. Each ship had three eighteen-seater transporters that had four missile...
Towards the middle of the week, they jumped to Baal. Baal was about the same size of Tychy and was a hot volcanic planet with a toxic atmosphere very similar in composition to Venus. The axial tilt was not as significant as Venuses being approximately one hundred and thirty-two degrees. This meant that it spun in the same direction as the other planets, unlike our Venus. It looked like a dirty red-brown and yellow ball from space, due to the high iron content and the volcanic ash in its...
Lee, Sean and Miss Piggy were up on the observation deck. They were looking at the array of rocks that were passing overhead. The ship had slowed down considerably. The asteroids looked like clouds passing overhead with a slow breeze pushing them even though it was the ship that was moving the slightly faster of the two. Lee pointed at one. “That’s a bit weird,” she said. “If I didn’t know better, I would have said that one had been cut by a high-powered photon laser torch.” “Which one?”...
Allan was thinking about how he ended up in this situation. It had taken the ship eighteen days to get up to speed for the first warp-jump. Allan had spent a lot of that time fucking Glenda. They had been on board five days before he took her the first time. She had been walking down the hall towards him. He had opened his cabin door and stepped in. As Glenda went to go past, he grabbed her arm and dragged her into the room. He palmed the door closed and pushed her against it. He locked...
Carther was looking at the work done by his people. The transporter depot now looked like a place for visitors to come to. They had even set up a hotel, shops and warehouses. The infrastructure owned by the city and they leased it out. There were still buildings being erected, but he, Aeron and the Queen who happily backed his projects, were happy with the progress. Since he now kept the Army busy with community jobs, he didn’t have any more deserters or resignations. Apparently, his people...
Lee entered the transporter for the short trip up to the Space Station. The Fortune was attached to the space station waiting for them. Lee headed down the aisle, plopped down next to Rabbit and smiled at him. “Hi, Kyle, ready for the big adventure?” “As ready as I’m going to be,” he replied. “But the real question is when will you be ready for the Kyle Vella adventure?” he asked, as he wiggled his eyebrows and slid his hand up her jumpsuit encased thigh. While gently removing his hand and...

All characters in this story are over the age of 18 years old. By the second day of their vacation the sisters were fed up with the brothers of Delta Kappa Magnum. My job was actually pretty easy. You see, I just needed the right set-up. As it happened, it was waiting for me to pounce. At the end of the semester, a small group of students stay behind. Those without other boarding, those who need to stay due to bad grades or just those without nowhere to go. With security at a minimum then, it's the best time to strike. Working as a gardener at the campus, I got to see all of the students and learn who would be around. All I had to do was wait for the time...
BDSMDelta Development by Paula Hello! My name is Paula Stephanie Mangione; I was hoping someone would stop by today, I want to share my unique life story with you. We can walk back to my loft in Midtown. It is a hot steamy afternoon here in Manhattan. You would think in the year of 2043 they would have figured out how to cover this city with a dome. Let me show you a dress I was thinking of purchasing in the window of this cute boutique first. It's beautiful isn't it! Oh look at my...
Delta Development by Paula Chapter One Hello! My name is Paula Stephanie Mangione; I was hoping you would stop by today! Just let me grab my purse and we can walk back to my loft in Midtown and share a nice meal while you learn of my story. It is a hot here in Manhattan today isn't it? ?Come on, Peter, I want to go,? complained Eduardo in his high, fey voice. ?We need to get to the party so that we can leave the party and come back. I?m so sick of partying.??Yeah, yeah. I?m working on it,? I said. I knew that Eduardo?s real voice wasn?t the lilting, lispy intonation he used around me but I never bothered to call him out on it. I guess it?s what girls like. Some girls, anyway.?You?ve been messing with your hair for like 15 minutes, you little slut. I want to go.?I hated it...
Chapter 2 - Counseling - Two Months Later - "So, you'll be moving to New York, how exciting," she said, taking a note on her legal pad. "Yeah, I managed to get all my credits done in the fall semester, so I graduate in December, then head to Manhattan right after New Years to start." "And your father is coming to the ceremony," she continued. "He is, as far as I know." Saoirse pulled the hem of her dress down again and crossed her legs back the other way. She had become...
Adison looked over at the hunk, Justin Ubobo. The other girls were making eyes at him, not that she could blame them. He had taken to wearing the jumpsuits from the replicator, and if any guy could pull off looking good in one, he sure did. So far, she hadn’t seen him pick any of the other girls out for special attention. He was always polite but treated them equally. She thought of his younger brother Brad. He was damn near as hunky as his older brother. Brad wore the jumpsuits too. He...
~~ Delta - Aug/02 - (Earth - Feb/2095) ~~ Jahn didn’t enjoy the trip through the mountains. While his leg got better, it had been many years since he had physically exerted himself on suck a walk. The Giants forced a faster pace than he had maintained in the previous weeks of walking. His leg had meant that he stopped for as long as he walked. What muscle tone he had redeveloped was lost in his fever. At least now, after eight days of walking, he was actually keeping up with them, sort of....
Lee had found herself in a sticky situation. When Justin went to vault over the box he was standing in front of, he placed both hands on the lid and then halted. They all heard the ‘click, click’. He looked down to find the lid lifting up under his hands. “No,” screamed Jahn again. “They are my boxes, you can’t have them,” he yelled in frustration and sent an immobilising spell at Justin. Justin blinked out of the way and reappearing in front of Kim, ready to protect her. She stepped up...
The wizards had a busy week building three new compounds. Gary, Gavin and Jim were busy churning out domes. They had already completed the domes in the UN Compound, and the crews had fitted them out ready for Robert, Pete, Antonio, Kostya and their families and support people to move into. The UN delegates were busy moving in to get ready for the first two ships from the Australasian and the North American blocks. The personnel from the Delta Space Police Force were also shifted to free up...
The next day the wizards had to go through the same crap again when the Americans arrived. Lee took an instant dislike to the man who was leading this party. To start with, he wasn’t a scientist; he was a General from the Army. He was a big man who had gone to fat and who was very full of himself. Lee noted the large paunch and thinning hair, red nose and pale complexion that suggested an office worker who liked to eat and drink to excess. She also noted that he didn’t seem well-liked by...
Lee rubbed her stomach. She now looked more as if she was five months pregnant and she agreed with Von that she would be lucky to make it to the twelve weeks. Sean had managed to do the deed, and Donny was pregnant. She couldn’t shift to male or any of her other forms other than faerie while pregnant. Lee hadn’t tried. She was happy to wait until she had Jackson before she experimented. Sparky and her village had been amazed when Lee transformed into a faerie for them. “Damn mum, I always...
Lee had a shift to get through. Damn, she had once laughed at Kyle’s ability to ‘fuck like a rabbit all night long’. However, after the last couple of nights with her hunky Lieutenant, she was beginning to believe Kyle wasn’t the only exception to the rule, after all. From her experiences, having a guy get it up more than twice in one night was rare. She had never had one perform four times in fewer hours, and she really couldn’t remember how many orgasms she had. In the past, she had been...
Sean and Lee headed for the diner. They found their regular chairs were vacant and waiting for them. So, they both grabbed some of the chicken dish from the bain-maries and joined the table. “Ah, the love birds have come up for air,” Kyle said. Lee set her plate down and then turned and thumped Kyle in the arm as he had sat next to her. Kyle rubbed his arm, “Hey, what was that for?” “You knew, didn’t you? You knew Gerald was related to Carl!” she specified. Kyle suddenly realised what...
~~ Delta - Nov/02 - (Earth - May/2095) ~~ I spent the rest of the Thursday getting through a pile of work. I sorted out the times to interview the people on Alec’s list over the three days I’d be in Clarksville. Many of them had indicated they would be at the party and asked if it would be easier to meet me there and I had agreed. I learnt the heads of the four Earth colonies would also be there and asked them if they would like to meet up with me as well. After a bit of round-robin, we...
Rodger was worried about them going to either planet. He had been told not to let Lee step foot on the planet. His uncle wouldn’t be happy if she did. The problem was that he didn’t know which planet, as he hadn’t been told that there was two. He was also having trouble finding Lee alone. Nor had he come up with a good way to get rid of her. Rodger wasn’t game to go for a frontal attack as he didn’t think it would go well for him, not after the last attempt. There was no way he wanted to...
Lee had a fascination with the crocs. She had a large female who had acquired a new mate living on her island. The dragons used to hunt them, and Lee believed the larger mate she had might have had fallen victim to them. The new male was smaller, so he was also younger. Lee suspected he had followed the female here and she had decided to keep him. He seemed perfectly happy to have her too. She wasn’t sure, if they were natives or if they had been brought here. She considered them one of...
Essco was not pleased. As Essco had suspected, the committee had decided on Tychy as the next destination. He did not intend to be stuck on Tychy for the next nine to twelve months. He needed to establish contact with the people on Futura. To set up mining of the energy crystals, so they could ship them home. He planned to be a wealthy man. He intended to live out the rest of his life with a revolving harem of big boobed young girls to look after his every need. He hated it when his plans...
Captain Nick Clark was walking around his ship. The damn thing pretty much ran without him, since Lee had played with the systems. The first week went by so fast. He had been able to get all his logs up-to-date and even found some quality time for Sung. The fact she had agreed to marry him and move to Clarksville hadn’t hurt his excellent mood either. She had loved the ring Berny had made for him. The ship’s crew were setting up for the first jump before he knew it. Even with the reduced...
The three dads, the von Holton’s, Henry, Captain Clark and Vincent, were sitting in Lee’s old room when they took the cover off. “Hi, Kids, were back, did you have fun while we were jabbering?” Robert asked. “Yep Lee and I were discussing how to make absent dads miserable. But then Sean went and spoiled it by reminding me, I was going to be a dad real soon too,” Kyle said as he grinned at the cringes made by Pete and Antonio. “I assume that discussion is best left until another day,” Lee...
Things were a bit different on this trip. The crews had elected a floating work schedule. As long as the work was done, they did it as required. In engineering, they all helped each other. Lee and Bing taught everyone how to perform necessary engine checks. Lee, Bing and Terry while aboard would still do the main checks and repairs, but the others could help by taking a short night shift every few nights to do the simple walk around checks. Hydroponics elected for a similar loose roster as...
Packed earth crunched beneath her hands and knees. Her torn and ravaged body shuddered and continued to leak the cumulative essences of hers and the horse’s sexual organs. She stayed quite still, head hanging down and reeling, waiting for recovery; the strength to return enough so that she could once again stand, once again look up and study the faces of the crowd. Her lover was being led away by his halter. The animal had no more interest in her now that he had fulfilled his need. All...

Hello, my name is Charlotte. I know you won’t believe this and normally I wouldn’t admit to it, but I am Otis’ cock slave. There really isn’t any other way to put it. And the really strange part, the really, really strange part, is that I come from a straight-laced New England family and Otis is barely educated and was just a worker in one of my husband’s warehouses. This is a strange tale, one that I find hard to believe even though I am living it. I first met...
Once we were alone with the door closed, Tony pulled out a piece of paper and slapped it down on the table. “Here, read this.” Huh? Fine, I’ll read it. “Let all who read this know that on this day I, King Tom of Hunter Island, do hereby install Lord Jason of Topeka as Baron Jayport, responsible for and with full authority over all lands, waters, forests, farms, towns, and all other resources within fifty miles of Jayport. This title shall be his and his descendants unto eternity, as long as...
Kyle and Lee didn’t want the smaller boxes shown to the ship. It was decided the books and the strange boxes would be stored in the storeroom beside Lee’s Room. They were Kyle’s finds, and that was where he wanted them. Only he and Lee would be able to decipher them anyway. In addition, this area was limited to select personnel. The team told everyone else about the books. However, Lee, Kyle and even Sparky had insisted that the smaller strange boxes should not become general knowledge....

We will now relate what was passing in the house of the king's attorney after the departure of Madame Danglars and her daughter, and during the time of the conversation between Maximilian and Valentine, which we have just detailed. M. de Villefort entered his father's room, followed by Madame de Villefort. Both of the visitors, after saluting the old man and speaking to Barrois, a faithful servant, who had been twenty-five years in his service, took their places on either side of the...
*** PROLOGUE This is a historical, but fictional story of the sea war that was fought between the Royal Navy and the U Boats during the period 1940 to 1942, the action is staged at the time when the U Boats were sinking British and allied shipping with little resistance. The story also refers to DEMS {Defensively Equipped Merchant Ships) which was the arming of merchant ships, usually with outdated guns from the first world war and manned by volunteer RN ratings which did a great job, at great...
Erotic FictionThere I sat shifting through the many piles of papers lying on my desk and wishing I were somewhere else. It was truly amazing how many reports passed through my hands to be filed or used to type up other reports. I knew that at least half of them would reach Judge Jasper's desk, where he would study them for a few minutes then put them in his out box to be filed by you know who. What surprised me was how much information Judge Jasper remembered. He would quote me numbers on the...
Two days after, a considerable crowd was assembled, towards ten o'clock in the morning, around the door of M. de Villefort's house, and a long file of mourning-coaches and private carriages extended along the Faubourg Saint-Honore and the Rue de la Pepiniere. Among them was one of a very singular form, which appeared to have come from a distance. It was a kind of covered wagon, painted black, and was one of the first to arrive. Inquiry was made, and it was ascertained that, by a strange...
July 21, 1994 Colonel Naff stood atop a building watching the action below. The first battalion had just jumped into a fake urban area used in making a television show. The set was complete with buildings, although they were just shells. They were now in the process of taking control of the area. One of the problems facing paratroopers is that when they jump into a war zone they are doing so with limited supplies. There isn’t a convoy of supply trucks lumbering along behind them with heavy...
Lee collected an apprentice’s box from her cave. She took Allan to her room on the ship. She had him sit while she made coffee. “So, what do you think about the Earthling’s coming to visit?” she asked him. Allan laughed and said, “Yes, I don’t really think of myself as an Earthling anymore either. I’m surprised they haven’t asked my crew if they wanted to go back.” “Sorry, I think that small fact has been overlooked. Please ask your people if they wish to leave, and we will get them on the...

The alleged accident that killed General Patton at the end of World War Two was a terrible awakening to the American people that suddenly they had lost the most outspoken critic of the Soviet Union and the dictator Joseph Stalin taking the place of Hitler and his Nazi goons as the primary threat to continuing peace in Europe. He had plenty of critics for his outstanding views on politics and the world around us but he was one hell of a combat commander and inspired deep loyalty in his...
(This story is both a companion piece and a sequel to ‘My War’ by LeapYearGuy and is written with his permission. My thanks to him for very graciously allowing me to use his characters from his moving and poignant story. Although the original story is somewhat covered by PFC Kent, the original should definitely be read to get an understanding of the characters and how they ended up where they are. By the way, ‘REMF’ is a Vietnam era term used to refer to a ‘Rear Echelon Mother Fucker’, someone...
‘I hate this place.’ ‘I hate that you’re such a brat,’ Danielle said to her little brother. ‘Why do we have to go? Ma-mère doesn’t even speak English,’ he whined some more. ‘She does, too.’ She reached over and smacked him just because she could. ‘You’re just too stupid to understand her.’ ‘Dani, don’t antagonise your brother,’ her mom scolded from the front seat of the mini-van. ‘They don’t even have a Playstation!’ Good God, just shut up!
