Essco was not pleased.

As Essco had suspected, the committee had decided on Tychy as the next destination. He did not intend to be stuck on Tychy for the next nine to twelve months. He needed to establish contact with the people on Futura. To set up mining of the energy crystals, so they could ship them home.

He planned to be a wealthy man. He intended to live out the rest of his life with a revolving harem of big boobed young girls to look after his every need. He hated it when his plans went awry. This whole bloody trip had tested his patience. Nothing had gone right since he came aboard this ship.

Ben had the cast off his leg at long last, and he was free to move around again. He had assured Essco At their previous meeting, that he had worked out how to swap the jump program at the last minute. They should end up heading to orbit around Futura instead of Tychy.

Ben was anxious since Tyche was on the opposite side of Delta from Futura and they were already heading to Tyche. The jump window for Futura was calculated for when they turned and were heading towards it.

Ben had no idea what would happen if they tried to jump without realigning. He wasn’t a jump expert; he was basically a mechanic with only rudimentary coding skills. As it was, he didn’t think it was going to be a smooth ride this time and told Essco to make sure he had the grav-net down on his bed tonight.

The jump to Tychy was planned for 03:00 hours. As they would have to reverse thrust to slow the ship, to get into orbit around the planet. Most of the crew was happy about the time. They still had a couple of days before orbit was established, as they had to bleed off the excess speed.

The crew planned to spend the next couple of weeks studying the planet before a possible visit. So, it was no big deal if they jumped in the early hours of the morning.

Lee had been on shift for less than an hour. The feeling she was in danger, had intensified significantly. She couldn’t determine what the threat was exactly. But whenever she thought about the next jump, it intensified. She knew there was a threat, and if there was one thing she had learnt, it was to trust her instincts.

Rodger had caught her unaware because he didn’t project his intentions until just before he acted. She knew it had been a spur of the moment thing, and they are nearly impossible to predict. While she had felt bad vibes from the guy, she hadn’t expected the attack, until he had executed it.

However, this time, Lee knew the intent was already there. She just didn’t know who, what or where. She had felt antsy all week, and it had gotten worse as they got close to jump time. “Helm, Lee here.”

“Sung here, Lee.”

“Can you run a quick system check for me, please? Particularly the engines and this may sound weird but hull integrity too?”

“What’s wrong, Lee?” came back, Kyle’s voice.

Lee was relieved to learn that Kyle was the navigator tonight. Somehow, she knew that whatever was going to happen, it wouldn’t be so bad with Kyle being there. “I don’t know Kyle, just one of my weird feelings,” she said, but she wasn’t able to keep the worry out of her voice.

“You got it too, thank fuck. I thought it was just me. Maybe I projected my worry at you or was it you to me?” he asked.

“It’s probably me to you. I’ve felt really bad since I came on shift. It just seems to have been getting worse as we get closer to jump time. I’ve been checking everything down here. But I just can’t find what it is that is wrong,” the worry in Lee’s voice was obvious to Kyle.

“Sung, is the Captain on the bridge?” Lee asked.

“Here Lee,” came back the voice of the Captain.

“Captain Clark I know this going to sound weird. But can we shut all the valves between the bulkheads in the hull, so the water bladders are isolated until after we jump?” she asked.

“Is there an issue with hull integrity Lee? We have no indication of a problem up here,” the Captain came back.

“Yes, no, I don’t know. I’m sorry, Captain, please just trust me, we need to do this. I would also like all non-essential services shut down as well. I can’t tell you why, just that they need to be shut down,” Lee said, just knowing that these actions were required.

“This is not normal procedure especial without an obvious reason,” Nick came back.

Kyle’s voice cut in after the Captains, “Captain, do you trust me?”

“Yes, Kyle,” he answered without hesitation.

“Then, Captain, trust me on this. If Lee says shut the systems down, then shut them down,” Kyle said with conviction.

“And I want everyone strapped in and all the bulkhead doors shut. Levels eight and nine need the air evacuated to the tanks, and they need to be de-pressurised,” Lee added, feeling better as she issued these commands.

“This is highly irregular,” the Captain said into the comm to Lee. Not quite convinced but worried that with Kyle and Lee asking him, he was inclined to comply. They had him feeling anxious now, and he did trust both Kyle and Lee.

“Please, Nick, we have to do this,” Sung added. She had stopped questioning Lee and Kyle a long time ago. Things had always turned out better when they did what they asked. Sung was totally convinced.

The Captain looked at Sung. This was the third ship they had worked on together, and he had always trusted her. She rarely ever used his name when on duty, so this was also telling. The three most intuitive people he knew on this ship were asking him to do something.

He knew he was better off complying, even if it did go against the procedures. He would think up something for the log if it turned out a false alarm. “We have one hundred minutes to jump time. Do it,” he said decisively.

All three of them and Brendan Cole the helm engineer complied. They started shutting the systems down. Lee told them she would shut down the valves by initiating the override program for them from engineering as the auto program would take too long.

She then rattled off the other systems that she wanted the helm crew to shut down or put into standby mode. Futura was a bloody big ship, and you didn’t just shut things down in a hurry if you wanted it to work again.

Lee hit the com code on her minder so she could create an open channel to her team, “Guys, General Lee here, I think something bad is going to happen. I want everything tied down, and you guys must be strapped in before the jump. I need levels eight and nine to be evacuated and de-pressurised.”

She got a lot of ‘K’s’ back. After three months working under Lee, no one argued when she said, ‘do it now’.

Lee hit the next code on her minder. “Magda, General Lee here, get everyone you can find and get hydroponics strapped down before 03:00 hours. Make sure they are not, I repeat NOT, in the dome when we jump and get them strapped in before we jump.”

“Consider it done, Lee,” came back Magda.

Lee’s fingers were busy selecting and operating the shutdown codes on the hull water valves. Then she took the whole water pumping system, potable and waste, down for good measure. She would cop some shit if nothing happened but would consider that a good thing.

If what she thought could happen on this jump, actually did occur, then things could be a lot nastier than a few backed up toilets. Somehow, she knew that she couldn’t stop the jump. She just had to minimise the after-effects.

Lee commed Sean. “Sean, here Lee,” came his sexy baritone over the com.

“Lieutenant, Emergency drill. They have eighty-five minutes to door knock; secure anything they can see as a hazard and then be in the rec-room by 02:50 hours. Notify sickbay too. Make sure they are strapped in for the jump and have sickbay locked down. General Lee out,” she said briskly.

“Done,” Sean said and scrambled out of bed hitting his code for activating his troops. “Emergency Procedure 3 lockdown, Emergency Procedure 3 lockdown. Doorknock and make sure you are strapped down in the rec-room before we jump,” he said to his team while he quickly got dressed.

d

He headed out the door to alert the crew on this level himself. As much as he wanted to find Lee, he knew she would not be happy if he didn’t do as she asked. As he went, he wondered what was wrong but knew by the way Lee had answered him, now was not the time for questions.

Lee’s hands moved at sped over the computer screen. As she worked, she thought about all the labs but knew if she tried to tell the scientists it would only cause more problems. She could only hope they had any potentially hazardous substances appropriately stored.

Lee had initiated a discussion about emergency procedures only a couple of days ago at dinner. She had come out with it out of the blue. Sean knew something had been worrying her, but she couldn’t tell him what just saying it was a feeling she had.

Lee’s friends all agreed that if she called herself ‘General’, she needed them to act without question. If she called Sean ‘Lieutenant’, she needed his team. Like Kyle, Sung and their other friends and her shift crew, Sean didn’t argue, he just jumped.

While Sean trusted his team, he trusted Lee even more. She had gained her nickname in fun, but they all thought of her as the General. Lee was somewhat surprised when Sean’s team simply nodded that they were okay with her directing the show too.

Her friends had all seen and heard of Lee doing random things for no apparent reason until after what she did stopped something grave from happening or caused something good to happen. They had stopped questioning Lee’s suggestions and acted instead. If you did what Lee wanted, it would be all good.

Lee commed Dave, “Dave, General Lee here. Can you get the animals bedded down for a bad jump? If you pile up the straw around them, it should help. Get help if you needed it and strap in for this jump, my friend.”

Dave simply answered, “Yes, Lee.” Then he too scrambled and called Robby and Tina. He even commed Debora and Tony to come to help him and Sandra with the animals on General Lee’s orders.

They all hurried to the holds to help.

Lee’s com beeped.

“Lee here,” she answered distractedly. She still had valves to shut manually and jump time was only ten minutes away. ‘It is going to be close,’ she thought. She had started the shut down around the crew and animal quarters first. She had left the holds to last.

“Procedure 3 enacted. Andre’ and Larina helped Juanita and Penny to get the kitchens tight before they left. Abe and Gary locked down level two. DT, Que, Minnie and Ellen have been locking up the labs and other areas on levels three and four. Abe, James and Joeanne did five, six and seven. We are all in the rec-room,” Sean’s voice came over the com.

“Thanks, Hunky, Lee out.” She kept pushing buttons on the screen. Her com beeped again.

“The animals are secure as we can get them, Lee,” came Dave’s rasping voice. He sounded like he’d just run a marathon.

“Good, you guys, get secure too and be safe, Lee out.” She no sooner closed the connection, and her com beeped again.

“Hydroponics secure as it’s going to be,” said Magda’s huffing voice.

“Thanks, Magda. Get strapped in and remember no one in the dome, Lee out.”

During their spare hours, Lee and her team had set up automatic droppers on the grav-nets in Hydroponics, so Magda just had to hit a button and then they would all drop. Her team then just had to clip them down.

Magda had thought it wasn’t necessary, now that they didn’t get thrown around on a jump. Lee, however, had been insistent that it was a suitable safety procedure. Even if Magda couldn’t get the locking clips on, the magnetic weights would still cling to the metal troughs.

They had also put automatic droppers for the nets in the animal encloses. Dave and his helpers had found them a blessing as it had made the lockdown procedure a lot smoother and very quick to achieve.

Magda had heard from others over the last week that Lee’d had her team doing all sorts of lockdown checks that were only completed occasionally. She had put other safety measures in place, and Ben had even okayed them.

Jim had told Magda that Lee had Anita and Little Bear install extra isolation valves in the potable and wastewater systems. They hadn’t thought that they were necessary, but they had done it to keep Lee happy. She had been agitated about something all week.

Lee’s com beeped once more. “Jim here, we tied down as much as we could and have gone to the rec-room. Terry started the air-evac system and depressurisation of levels eight and nine as soon as Sung said the levels were clear,” he reported to her.

“Thanks, guys, you lot are the best bloody crew a girl could ask for, Lee out.”

The general alarm sounded all over the ship. The alarm told the crews to strap down for jump. There was some confusion as people woke to the alarm. Many of them hadn’t responded to the door knocks, thinking it was a practical joke and some heavy sleepers hadn’t woken at all.

Some didn’t comply with the drop nets order or to strap in, but most did. The veterans knew it was always prudent to abide by any alarm on a spaceship. Lee had reminded the Captain a week before that they hadn’t had a strap down alarm drill for a while, and it was a policy for them to run the training.

Kristina asked, sitting up in her chair, her antennae up and alert. "It's my dad. He died of a heart attack at the mill today. Just dropped dead there in front of all his coworkers." "Oh my god, Saoirse! I... I'm so sorry!" "Holy hell that fucker Minos! How could he be so stupid? We...

Delta TrixyChapter 3 Harmony

We had arrived. One hundred and sixty very excited women and twenty kids disembarked the Fortune. We had docked up to one of the naval ships that patrolled Delta space. They were the guys that my younger brother Rick, wanted to join, the Delta Space Police Force or DSPF. We women ranged in age from eighteen to thirty-four years. We were all different shapes, heights, races and religions. The two things we had in common were that we were female and single. About fifteen of the women had kids...

Delta OriginalChapter 11 Earth

Nash decided it was time to make his move. They were a day short of docking with the Armstrong SS, that orbited the moon when Nash informed the Captain that the ship would be put in the dry-docks. This was so the scientists and engineers could go over the boat to make sure it was still in working order. Nick understood this actually meant it was so they could work out what the hell Lee had done to the ship. Nash then informed him that he and the crew would all be detained. They would then...

Other members of the crew also had lovely holidays. Lady Mary Nash took the other two Lieutenants’ home with her. She had been having fun screwing them both on alternate nights on the ships. Nads and Ace had a lovely time with Mary. Both were surprised to find she was only a couple of years older than they were. The boys did have quick visits with their families but otherwise stayed with Mary. They were fine with them both fucking Mary together but a bit more hesitant about getting...

Delta OriginalChapter 17 Preparation

It was a hectic three weeks for the crew of the Fortune. Tahoora and Esky were back on board for the last week as was Nick and Sung. They were busily getting the cargo on board and Esky was getting the rundown on what was involved in running this ship. In between, they were interviewing the new crewmembers. Unbeknown to the potential employee’s Lee, Sean, Tony or Kyle sat in on all their interviews. They had even vetted the applications before they even got that far. They had thousands of...

Delta OriginalChapter 19 Christmas Prep

Sean had gotten inventive. First, he made a heap of moulds from clay in all sorts of Christmassy shapes. He had set up a small furnace and melted Oznglass in it, which he then coloured and poured into the shapes. He repeated this several times, so he had the shapes in about eight different colours. He then drilled into each shape and inserted small crystal shards. He picked the best crystals for this. He commandeered the cleaning staff at the retreat to help him. He had four willing Pix...

Delta Of Venus 8211 Part 1

Hello, people, this is my first post over here. I have been an avid reader on this site. So I thought of sharing my stories with a dash of my fantasy with you all. I have taken the title of the story from a movie named by the same. And maybe my further stories too would be titled like this only, inspired by a movie title. So with no further delay lemme start off with my indulgence of experience. P.S Have patience with story plot because I will be very descriptive. As I don’t like...

Delta Sodality

Prologue 11 years earlier... Stanislav calmly placed the documents into his shoulder bag, closed his laptop and put it in the bag next to the file folders. His exit, escape really, would be casual and unremarkable. He would simply walk out the door and disappear. The feat was anything but simple in reality, but he was certain it would leave his partners sufficiently perplexed. As the youngest member of the Delta Sodality, just past his thirty-first birthday, he was amazed at...

Delta Sodality Chapter 4 Loose Ends

Chapter 4 - Loose Ends "What is the status" said the mildly eastern European voice on the other end of the encrypted satellite phone. The NSA was too good at intercepting all communications, so Kristina needed to be extra careful. "We were able to get the two subjects out of the lab. Chapter 5 - New Beginning After a full day in the lab with Dr. Juno the following Monday, Kristina sat down at her desk and pulled out the sat phone from its spot in the drawer. "Do you have what you need from Dr. Juno?" the voice asked. "Yes, I was able to reproduce the solution exactly today in the lab." "Very good." The connection went dead, and Kristina returned the phone to her desk drawer, aware that she had just sentenced the na?ve doctor to death. It was time to go h...

Delta Nights

The darkness was cooler, and concealing. The bugs were worse, but then they were pretty bad most of the time. We could take our time in the darkness and move almost silently. The others, who had a lot to do and only a few hours before dawn to do it, lacked the luxury of time and planning. By dusk we’d be ready to move out. Then began the waiting. The Crews aboard the Firefly and the Dragonfly didn’t have a merry Christmas. Due to the hurriedness of their departure, both crews were seriously understaffed for an eleven-week round trip voyage. Delta OriginalChapter 9 Jumping to Baal

Towards the middle of the week, they jumped to Baal. Baal was about the same size of Tychy and was a hot volcanic planet with a toxic atmosphere very similar in composition to Venus. The axial tilt was not as significant as Venuses being approximately one hundred and thirty-two degrees. This meant that it spun in the same direction as the other planets, unlike our Venus. It looked like a dirty red-brown and yellow ball from space, due to the high iron content and the volcanic ash in its...

Delta OriginalChapter 11 Jumping to the Asteroid Belt

Lee, Sean and Miss Piggy were up on the observation deck. They were looking at the array of rocks that were passing overhead. The ship had slowed down considerably. The asteroids looked like clouds passing overhead with a slow breeze pushing them even though it was the ship that was moving the slightly faster of the two. Lee pointed at one. “That’s a bit weird,” she said. “If I didn’t know better, I would have said that one had been cut by a high-powered photon laser torch.” “Which one?”...

Allan was thinking about how he ended up in this situation. It had taken the ship eighteen days to get up to speed for the first warp-jump. Allan had spent a lot of that time fucking Glenda. It had been a busy week getting prepared for the Fortune’s second return. Esky had gotten the trip down to two weeks in flight, and they had decided on only one week in a dock on each leg. So, they had a six-week turnaround. Their new Employment agency on Earth had already picked and notified the next group. Delta OriginalChapter 21 Kyle Commits

Sean and Lee headed for the diner. They found their regular chairs were vacant and waiting for them. So, they both grabbed some of the chicken dish from the bain-maries and joined the table. “Ah, the love birds have come up for air,” Kyle said. Lee set her plate down and then turned and thumped Kyle in the arm as he had sat next to her. Kyle rubbed his arm, “Hey, what was that for?” “You knew, didn’t you? You knew Gerald was related to Carl!” she specified. Kyle suddenly realised what...

Delta TrixyChapter 9 The Party

~~ Delta - Nov/02 - (Earth - May/2095) ~~ I spent the rest of the Thursday getting through a pile of work. I sorted out the times to interview the people on Alec’s list over the three days I’d be in Clarksville. Many of them had indicated they would be at the party and asked if it would be easier to meet me there and I had agreed. I learnt the heads of the four Earth colonies would also be there and asked them if they would like to meet up with me as well. After a bit of round-robin, we...

Delta OriginalChapter 10Sickness

Rodger was worried about them going to either planet. He had been told not to let Lee step foot on the planet. His uncle wouldn’t be happy if she did. The problem was that he didn’t know which planet, as he hadn’t been told that there was two. He was also having trouble finding Lee alone. Nor had he come up with a good way to get rid of her. Rodger wasn’t game to go for a frontal attack as he didn’t think it would go well for him, not after the last attempt. There was no way he wanted to...

Delta TrixyChapter 21 Crocs

Lee had a fascination with the crocs. She had a large female who had acquired a new mate living on her island. The dragons used to hunt them, and Lee believed the larger mate she had might have had fallen victim to them. The new male was smaller, so he was also younger. Lee suspected he had followed the female here and she had decided to keep him. He seemed perfectly happy to have her too. She wasn’t sure, if they were natives or if they had been brought here. She considered them one of...

Delta OriginalChapter 8 The Trip Home

Captain Nick Clark was walking around his ship. The damn thing pretty much ran without him, since Lee had played with the systems. The first week went by so fast. He had been able to get all his logs up-to-date and even found some quality time for Sung. The fact she had agreed to marry him and move to Clarksville hadn’t hurt his excellent mood either. She had loved the ring Berny had made for him. The ship’s crew were setting up for the first jump before he knew it. Even with the reduced...

Delta OriginalChapter 13 Loopholes

The three dads, the von Holton’s, Henry, Captain Clark and Vincent, were sitting in Lee’s old room when they took the cover off. “Hi, Kids, were back, did you have fun while we were jabbering?” Robert asked. “Yep Lee and I were discussing how to make absent dads miserable. But then Sean went and spoiled it by reminding me, I was going to be a dad real soon too,” Kyle said as he grinned at the cringes made by Pete and Antonio. “I assume that discussion is best left until another day,” Lee...

Delta OriginalChapter 2 Tammy

Things were a bit different on this trip. The crews had elected a floating work schedule. As long as the work was done, they did it as required. In engineering, they all helped each other. Lee and Bing taught everyone how to perform necessary engine checks. Lee, Bing and Terry while aboard would still do the main checks and repairs, but the others could help by taking a short night shift every few nights to do the simple walk around checks. Hydroponics elected for a similar loose roster as...

Catastrophe

Autumn. Wet, windy and dirty. At least, that is how I see it. Leaves falling from the trees clutter up the drains and footpaths and look so untidy. It was a horrible, wet Autumn night that I was driving home from work in the early hours one Tuesday morning at the end of October. My route takes me across wild moorland roads and the rain was pouring down with a strong wind making the car difficult to drive with visibility quite poor. Suddenly, through the rain soaked windscreen, I saw something...

Claras Catastrophe

Clara Ridings, a girl of exceptionally good looks and stunning figure. She was flirty, humourous and could make any boy drool. Most girls would hate boys constantly staring at her body, but not Clara. If anything, she craved it. The attention made her feel good about herself, making her body confident and happy with how she looked. She had a small group of friends, which she didn't mind a bit. She might have liked the attention she got, but wasn't very good in terms of social ability. Also, her...

Curiosity Killed the CatChapter 41 Catastrophe

Friday, July 26th, 1996, Sanford Maine For once, I had awoken before either of my girls. I simply lay basking in their combined warmth from where they lay cuddled up into my sides, their heads resting in the crook of my arms. I was going to miss my Butterfly; this was the last morning that I’d be waking up with her in my arms for a while. She had to spend tonight at home in order to help her Mom do a bunch of housework before they left Sunday. We’d get to see her tomorrow afternoon and for...

Earths CoreChapter 54 New Earths Catastrophe

They were complacent. They thought that they could hide, that there is a place to hide, and when it will but be enough, they could negotiate. But the fact of life was indisputable; Mortals cannot stand up to Immortals. ... When the world began to stir that was when they knew the reinforcement of the five powers arrived. The destruction of the Three Locks formation had allowed the true coming out of the Godly Law Template, not just the mere apparition of its aura, and the focal points...

Love and Other Catastrophes

"How To Win Friends And Influence Enemies - With Mind Control!" The title seemed to jump out at me as I walked through the cluttered aisle. I stopped and had a look at my reading list. At first, I thought it was some kind of joke, but then, I spotted it on the list - strangely enough, it was required reading for one of my subjects. I picked up a copy and my jaw dropped when I saw the label - $150. It was way too expensive for me. Not for the first time, I cursed the publishing industry for...

Living Next Door to Heaven 3 What Were They ThinkingChapter 3 Overcoming Lifes Catastrophes

Brian’s birthday was in October. The cutoff for starting school was September 15, so he spent another year in kindergarten. I tried to negotiate getting him admitted to first grade, but with his small size and somewhat sickly demeanor, the school wouldn’t budge. Even among children that were all younger than he was, he was the smallest in his kindergarten class. I worried about his socialization. For as small as he was, he was far more mature than his classmates and spent nearly all his time...

SingularityChapter 2 Otherworldly Catastrophes

The transition, while transparent to Eric Morgan, left him dazed. Before he was even aware he’d successfully jumped trillions of miles, the ship’s alarms blared, alerting him that something was wrong. Scrambling, he checked the various displays. Despite being largely automated, the capsule was arrayed with a variety of sensors to record this region to correlate where he’d ended up with their observations of the nearby galaxies. He scanned down a list of problems with the craft: “Structural...

Three Square MealsChapter 123 Epiphanies and catastrophes

John stood by the door as the girls filed out of the Briefing Room, giving each of them a goodnight kiss before they went to bed. Alyssa waited until last, then she slid her arms around him and pressed her lips to his, a sultry invitation in that intimate kiss. When they parted, she gazed into his eyes, “You should come to bed too...” He brushed his fingers through her golden hair, watching as she leaned into his hand. “I’ve got some things on my mind ... I’ll be along in a little...

ChoicesChapter 20 Birthdays and other catastrophes

I botched an experiment Friday morning--I had gotten distracted, and lost count of... let's just say that I added too much of something in the first few steps of an experiment, and it ruined the entire thing. Unfortunately, I realized this at around two in the afternoon, when a preliminary test turned up the wacky results. Feeling rather disgusted with myself, I set up a few culture tubes to grow over the weekend, and spent the afternoon going over drafts of a paper I was writing. The...

Delta Developement Chapter 2

Chapter 2. Paul's transition to womanhood had begun by his own hand! The pen is mightier than the penis! I thought to myself. Dr. Turnbull left with the signed papers and told us she would get a nurse who would take Paul to the surgical wing and straight to the operating room. As the two of us sat waiting for a nurse to come Paul asked me at least a dozen times, Dr. Turnbul said she may have to remove my penis, right? She would give me something that looks like a vagina,...

Delta Developement Chapter 3

Mid Story Prologue: Well now what do you think my friend? Crazy twist of fate? Just punishment for my sins? Remember at the time of my second cancer surgery I was only concerned with staying alive. I didn't know there was a diabolical plot being executed as my "Just Punishment" for being unfaithful to my wife. Life is full of unseen twists. I guess the old saying is right "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned!" From here until the end of my tale I want to shift the...

Delta Developement Chapter 4

Chapter 4 A couple of weeks later on a Sunday, Katie had the opportunity to spend the afternoon with me. Katie actually worked out alongside me during my afternoon workout. She could bench press more than me; leg lift more than me and last on the treadmill longer than me! It was hard to comprehend my wife was stronger than me now. I knew I was rehabbing still but to be the weaker one of the two of us really stunned me. It showed I still had a lot of time in front of me before I was...

Chapter 5 My dad was a man's man and I knew he will never accept what I had done. As I approached the kitchen I could hear my mom and dad talking and laughing. I knew they were laughing about me. Not in a joking way, in a way that meant what a Fem! What a wimp! What a panty waist! As I entered the kitchen my father spoke first. "So, you're going to Tommy's skating party eh? Are there going to be any girls there?" he asked teasing me. "Dad its Joe's party. I am meeting Tommy to...

Chapter 7. That's when I heard something rustle behind my seat. There had been some blankets in the back but I didn't pay any attention to them when I got into the car. Now I heard a voice coming from directly behind me, a voice of a man! Suddenly a man just popped up and said, "Hello Ladies! Now just stay calm and drive like there isn't an escaped criminal with a loaded gun pointed at you. Just to let you two babes know, I escaped from prison earlier today. One of you fine...

Delta OriginalChapter 21 Bombs Away

The Firefly had to alter their course in order to bleed off their speed. Being down a fore drive meant they had to increase the size of their loop to approach Futura to bleed off more speed. They still hadn’t gotten the other engine working. The drive engineer said they didn’t have replacement parts for the engine. Their spares were still sitting on the dock at the space station. The replicator hadn’t been loaded with them, and he’d have to bastardise one of the aft engines to get it...

Delta OriginalChapter 1 Teenagers

Justin was wandering around the halls of the ship. He didn’t have a destination in mind; he was just walking and thinking about his dad. He had been mourning his father for over four years. He had been shocked when he was given the vid from a woman call Glenda saying it was from his dad. He watched it with excitement at first and then with anger the second time. Apparently, his dad had been stranded on a planet. He had married again and had another three kids with three more on the way. Two...
