THE BABY SITTER CAPER

David was desperate! He wondered if he could kill his parents and then plead
for mercy on the grounds he was a poor orphan! His parents had converted
to the weirdest damn religion. They had pulled him out of public school and
he wasn't allowed to his see any of his old friends any more.
He now went to religious school where the studies and the kids were god
awful! They had pulled all the TVs out of the house. Bad influence. All his
favorite books were gone, no Mark Twain, or Tarzan or Fear Street. All were
'bad' for him. Only 'approved' books on the shelves now! He had thought
of running away but he knew all too well what could happen to 12 year old
boys alone of the mean streets of a city.
His folks were going out for a meeting of adults in the cult, his usual baby
sitter from the cult was very ill - maybe even dying as her parents refused
doctors or medicines for her. David had called the city officials on them and
now it was in the courts - maybe the girl's life would be saved. Thanks god
they didn't know who did it. So his folks had to use his old baby sitter Peggy
Sue and pay her top dollar as she was now 16 and thought herself above
sitting for snotty nose kids.
Peggy Sue listened bored as David parents rattled on and on about the things
she couldn't talk about or say to their precious child. Yah right, as if! She
didn't care about the kid one way or another. It was just a job.
"Keep out of my way!" she said coolly to him and got on her cell phone ( his
parents didn't believe in phones anymore either) and started chatting away to
her boy friend Robert. Soon the guy showed up and he was at least nice to
David. Peggy Sue, pretending to be domestic, made them snacks. Boy did
her personality change while Robert was around. She became so sweet David
wanted to throw up. He tried to warn Robert, but the 17 boy just grinned and
said " I know, she really a witch inside, but aren't they all! You'll find that
out when you grow older. Later, when girls turn into woman my dad tells me
they get better. But right now I'll settle for her body."
David laughing admitted that his sitter had a great body, medium height, but
from toes to blond curls was well worth looking at, great figure, beautiful
blue eyes and lovely face. She even had her own car. That's one of the
reasons she sat and did other odd jobs to pay for the insurance. David knew
all about her as she had been his sitter for many years and she talked on the

"Got something for you " said Robert to his sweetie. She was all excited.
When she saw it her face fell. She felt she had been robbed - it was only a
cheap looking necklace of something with a tarnished angel on the front.
After Robert left she made a face and said "Yuck! You can have it, snotty!"
( That was her name for David)
David took it because he knew his parents wouldn't want him to have it.
The next morning he took it out of his hiding place and tried to pretend it was
magic and would help him escape. He heard a commotion. The family cat
was on top his gerbil cage he ran over and the Medallion touched both the cat
and the Gerbil. They both looked frightened and before David's astonished
eyes they started turning into each other. Inside the cage the gerbil became the
cat and then the cat the gerbil. Soon it was complete and he put the new
gerbil in its cage and took the new cat out. Soon the 'cat' wanted to torment
the cowering 'gerbil'. It was too cool! He felt like he had fallen into a Hank
Stein story! He tried to change them back. It didn't work. He heard his
parents coming so he hid the medallion. They didn't notice any thing! The
next day David learned to his horror that in two weeks he was going to be
ritually circumcised - and without pain killers! He had to get away! But now?
That night he experimented with the gerbil and the cat and he found he could
change them back - he looked at the clock - twelve hours or so. Very
carefully using kitchen tongs he experimented and found that even apparel
would work. Using the cat's collar he made two cats by touching the
medlalion, the color and the gerbil - the original cat stared at him feeling ill
used. When he changed the gerbil back later he put a bow around the animal.
He could use the magic medallion to escape - but who? Then he grinned
when he discovered that his parents were going out and this time would be
away for forty eight hours on a retreat on some sort and Peggy Sue was
coming over. Perfect! Just perfect! Just like Fear Street or Huckleberry Finn.
"Hello Snotty!" she said" Stay out of my way! Two days with you! Yuck!
Well at least the money's good and you better behave or I'll pound you!"
David just smiled. He who laughs last laughs best! He went to get his gerbil
AND the medallion. He put the medallion carefully around her neck as she sat
bored reading a magazine while waiting for her boy friend to come over.
"Hey, Snotty, get that fuckin gerbil away from me!"
David grinned and pulled the bow off the gerbil
Praying he recklessly thrust the gerbil's bow against the angel. He stepped
back breathless.
"I'll get you for this!" She got up and started to chase him saying "Snotty,
you can run but not hide!"
What's wrong? David wondered - didn't it work on people?
Suddenly Peggy Sue stopped running. Breathless with hope, David looked
back. Peggy Sue had a strange look on her face " I feel funny! You Fucking
Brat, what did you do to me?"
She started shrinking, making a funny mewing sounds. Her sexy clothes fell
away from her changing body. In about fifteen minutes David picked up a
confused looking gerbil and it looked pleadingly at him. He put the bow on
the new animal - No since taking aa chance on who was who.
"You in there, Peggy Sue?"
The gerbil nodded. Dave put the gerbil into a spare cage while it protested
with its weak little voice. He then picked up and put on the medallion and
touched himself and Peggy Sue's clothes. Soon he felt himself changing -
growing larger - especially in the chest area - David hurried off his clothes
and stared - his fingers were getting long and slim his hair was growing
from the crew cut to long and blond. He couldn't believe it - he stood in front
of the mirror. Soon Peggy Sue in all her luscious glory was staring at him
from the glass. The new gerbil made ineffectual protests. God did this body
he feel good! He laughed delighted. He had escaped. He was no longer
David Grim, but Peggy Sue, a beautiful 16 old girl who didn't have to live
with his folks! He now had his - her own car and TV and regular friends.
True I am now a girl, but its better than being me and getting circumcised

tried speaking - and his voice was high and sweet.
Hot Shit! He walked unsteadily in the high heels to the gerbil who looked
liked it was having a nightmare.
"Having fun?" he cooed - "I am. Perhaps you would like company? " he
picked up the cat and the new gerbil cowered away on the far side of the
cage. The cat had a personal grudge now against who it naturally thought was
the gerbil and mewed to get in and rip it from stem to stern!
David left Peggy Sue to appreciate the helplessness of her position, then
pulled the cat away.
"Behave your self - if you don't I can always feed you to the cat.
UNDERSTAND?"
She nodded, terrified.
The doorbell rang. David walked towards the door and found each step a little
better.
It was Robert. Now how do I handle this? Robert came in and kissed him
and David who had been ready to push him away and tell him some made up
excuse found he - she liked it! David found HERSELF smiling at Robert -
not being able to help herself - the boy was so CUTE! She giggled a little as
he kissed her again. Wow! This new body was really hot! David thought
overwhelmed by the rush of emotions.
"Where's David?" asked Robert after a few more kisses.
'Peggy Sue' flushed - " He wasn't feeling well - I sent him to bed early."
"Too bad he's sick - I like him! He's a good kid."
'Peggy Sue' smiled - Robert liked him. That was so cool.
" He's sick and his idiot folks wont even take him to the doctor!! I know its

as indignant as a gerbil could at 'her'. David felt a little sorry for her and
didn't want to rub it in more than necessary so she picked up the protesting
gerbil and whispered - "remember the cat!" and carried the cage into David's
bedroom.
Then the new Peggy Sue made out on the couch with Robert. Wow! Life
could be really wonderful.
The next morning David woke up and stretched this exciting new body of
hers like a satisfied Cat, grinned at the cowering gerbil, went in sat down and
took a leak - even that felt natural now. David did some bends and stretches
she remembered the former Peggy Sue doing and they felt good - gosh am I
ever limber now! David ate a nice breakfast and fed the new gerbil. It looked
fearful as the now girl returned with the cat.
"Remember the cat?" said David. She took it away. "We need to talk. Do you
understand what I am saying?" The gerbil nodded. "Good! Now you have
three choices. One - I can feed you to the cat - she hasn't had breakfast yet. I
see you don't like that idea. Two - I can leave you a gerbil all your short life -
they don't live very long you know. I see you don't like that idea either. Or
you can be human again. The gerbil looked hopeful. " You can become David
Grim, but a David Grim who keeps his mouth shut and never tells anybody
what happened? Well?" There seemed to be tears in the gerbil's eyes as she
nodded. David carefully put the medallion over the gerbil and touched a dirty
sock of his to it. The gerbil started to change. After it was over David took
the medallion away from the confused Peggy Sue and out to her new car and
locked it in the truck.
A terrified 'David Grim' was standing, shaking and naked before 'her'.
"You're a monster! An Evil magician! How could you do this to me? I was
so nice to you! And you stole my body, even my boy friend and wore MY
clothes!'
David smiled threatening at 'him' " Would you like to go back to being a
gerbil?"
It was unnerving to see himself cry." No, Please! I'll be good!! I swear to
god I will be good. Not the gerbil and the cat ever again! I just couldn't stand
it! I thought my heart would stop when it was drooling at me!"
"OK, now here's the deal - you will never tell anyone what happened - no
body would believe you anyway and my folks would just have you exorcised
- believe me you don't want that - it would probably kill you."
The youngster shuddered. "OK. I wont snitch!" he was crying.
"Good boy!" said the new Peggy Sue. "Next you will spent the next two
days telling me everything I need to know about being Peggy Sue, remember
I already know a lot about you any lie and its back to being cat food!"
The boy's head nodded, his spirit broken.
The former Peggy Sue was a mine of info. The new Peggy Sue even learned
how to drive - it was easy - it was almost like she was re-learning it. She also
told the new David what he would need to know and he started crying again -
thinking of the dreadful life he would have to lead until he was eighteen and
could move out - that was the hope that 'Peggy Sue' held out to the boy. The
new David had to go to 'his' room when Robert came over again and
listening to the giggles and the moans of pleasures coming from the other
room drove him into more tears. It just wasn't fair! But remembering the cat
he shuddered and kept his mouth shut! Besides, who'd believe him?
'Peggy Sue' received her wages from Mr. and Mrs. Grim; a fearful looking
David watched the beautiful girl leave and drive away.
'Peggy Sue' stopped at a the River and threw in the medallion. No sense
taking any chances, she thought.
Peggy Sue ran into David Grim a few weeks later when she came over to sit.
The boy looked like he was hurting.
"What's wrong?" asked a grinning girl.
"It was the damn circumcision! Fuck did it hurt! And I still hurt and can
hardly move! Your parents are real nutcakes!"
"Tell me about it - but they're your parents now. But sooner you than me,
sooner you than me!" she laughed. But she did her best to comfort the 12
year boy and even let him play with her laptop which she had smuggled in.
And soon he was feeling better playing space invaders!
As time went on Peggy Sue's parents and her friends were a little surprised,
as she was much nicer than before and didn't take the good things of life for
granted. Her boy friend Robert was amazed - she certainly had matured! He
was even considering marrying her!
The Grims noticed no change in their son, but then they never noticed
anything.
