Monday Cayuga County Sheriff's Office
Bobbie drove to the Cayuga County Sheriff's Department. Bobbie walked
in and asked for Sheriff Sterling. Bobbie was escorted to Sheriff
Sterling's office by Deputy John Henry. Bobbie walked in and shook
hands with Sheriff Sterling. Bobbie said, "Sergeant Roberta Wintson-
Remington. Salem County Sheriff's Department. Good Morning Sheriff

Sheriff Sterling asked, "Wintson-Remington? I was told only Wintson.
What gives now?"
Bobbie said, "I am married. My married name is Remington. I use my
Maiden Name of Winston for work. Winston-Remington appears on a lot of
official paper work."
Sheriff Sterling said, "Excellent. I thought as much. For official
paper work, how do you wish to be called?"
Bobbie said, "Sergeant Winston sir. It is my professional name."
Sheriff Sterling said, "Good. It will make things easy for everyone.
Now are you or your partner packing?"
Bobbie said " No. We both thought we should use our eyes only. If
firepower is needed, your department or the State Police will be
called. Belle did not think of it, but I did. Did you talk with the
State Police? I don't want them spilling the beans before it is time.
Also even in good faith, accidentally interfere."
Sheriff Sterling said, "That is good thinking. The 911 center could
call them in an emergency. They will be brought up to speed.
Monday Enroute to Wells College.
Nicole was riding in a 2003 Chevy Silverado. Scott was driving. He let
Nicole pick a station. She found a Country Station and started to
relax. Scott let Nicole to relax and open up about herself. Nicole
said, "About the first day Bobbie and I came here, I am still wondering
if I might be gay or bi. I know I love Howard, and want to be with him.
I also like you. You are old enough to be my father, yet you act like
you are just out of college. You have manners and skills that only come
from years of work, no matter how much natural talent a person might
have. But, you seem like you want to learn more. You also want to share
that with others. Then there is what Bobbie did. It felt so good. She
was strong and gentle. I envy Barry."
Scott thought for awhile. Then he spoke." Nicole, your sexual
orientation is not a problem. You are very naive, yet in a job that
will show things that would shock a porn star. You are a very caring
person. The job ahead of you will be hard. You will make friends here.
You will required to turn them in if need be. You may hurt some of them
with out your knowledge. Some of them will hate you for what you did,
even if they would admit that job needed to be done. I will be there

live your life to the fullest."
Nicole said, "You did things that you did not like for the mere fact
the task needed to be done. Do you feel that you were never rewarded?"
Scott said, "No, I just feel that I did my job. I did a job and now I
want to run a fishing charter. Or a good old fashioned corner bar and
grill."
Nicole asked, "What if I get asked to pledge or rush?"
Scott said, "Do it and have fun. You will get closer to students and
make friends. Hopefully you get to keep your friends. When we get done
for today, have you and Bobbie get in you swim suits. I am doing a spa
fest tonight."
Nicole asked, "What is a spa fest?"
Scott said, "In a hot tub there will be easy listening music to hear so
we all will relax. Soothing aromas from scented candles and oils that
will be placed in the water. Wine, cheese, and finger foods. And if
need be, good old fashioned backrubs or massages."
Nicole said, "That sounds like fun. But why?"
Scott said, " I am weary and need a boost. This beats going out and
getting wasted."
Nicole gave Scott a kiss on the cheek. She said, "Save the Spa fest
until the end of this job. I think your past is catching up to you. You
have more strength than you know. But the tunes and backrubs will do
for today. " Nicole kissed Scott again. Nicole wanted Scott at his
fullest level. Nicole knew a friendly kiss or two would not be out of
line or her role as a niece.
Scott said, "Thank you Nicole. That sounds like fun thing to plan for.
Now get yourself taken care of here and we will see Bobbie at home for
dinner. Anything you like tonight?"
Nicole said, "Bar B Qued Chicken on the grill sounds good. Corn on the
Cob with Cole Slaw and Salt Potatoes." Then she kissed Scott on the
lips and said, "Catch ya later."
Nicole took care of registration, which included getting her car a
campus parking permit. She was about ready to get back to Scott, when
she saw Scott under a tree. Scott looked like he was taking a nap;
Deputy Reno was trying to arrest Scott. Kit Carson was trying to keep
Scott from tossing Deputy Reno in the nearby pond. Nicole went over and
said, "Hey Uncle Monty. What is wrong here?"
Scott said in a Scottish Accent " I was taking a nap under this tree,
when this embarrassment to law enforcement decided to harass me. This
bonnie lass here, who is also head of Campus Security told him to leave
me alone. They are used to middle aged men taking naps while waiting
for their daughters or nieces."
Kit said, "That is true. Sometimes we show them the coffee shack so
they can get some coffee or tea. Deputy Reno forgets I know his bosses.
If you have nothing else to do, take your uncle to lunch. There is a
nice place in town."
Scott said, "Thank you Ms. Carson. Nicole, let's go to lunch."
Scott said, " I was not taking a nap. I was scoping out the area. I
think I found out some of the victims. Some of the upperclassmen or
should I say women were using catcalls and wolf whistles. I found it
quite funny. I also had pool going on how far Reno was going get
tossed. I had to pay the one who bet zero."
Nicole said, "Now where to?"
Scott said, "The nearest tobacconist. I feel the need for some Cohibias
and Berings. The Cohibas are for me. The Berings are for you. Bobbie's
plan about using cigars is a good one. Berings are perfect. Low cost,
easy and mild for a cigar, and they come in tubes. Now open both of
these tubes. " Scott held two large cigar tubes.
Nicole did so. The first one held as she found out, a road map to
Cayuga County, a list of phone numbers to area pizza shops, and a dirty
joke. The next held a cigar. The cigar was preclipped. Nicole said, "Do
I have to smoke this now?"
Scott said, "Yes and I have one of my own. Besides there are people who
watching you who if they see you are smoking will accept your cover
story faster."
Nicole said, "Yuck! Cigars! Well the tubes do work as Bobbie thought.
Hey this has a hint of Chocolate and Cinnamon. I could grow to like
this. Mmmm. Put this style in tubes and it could work very well."
Scott said, "I thought so. We are meeting Bobbie and Sheriff Sterling
for lunch in Fulton. That way no one will see us. Nobody who is anybody
goes to Fulton. Even convicts won't go to Fulton. Redneck jokes
originate in Fulton, except in Fulton they are true."
Nicole said, "It can't be that bad."
Scott said, "Yes it is. However there is a good place or two to eat."
